In order to properly enable Mags Redux:

1. Enable Mags Redux (Disable G.A.M.M.A. Unjam Reload) (the mod under "Optional")
2. Disable G.A.M.M.A. Unjam Reload on the same key (yes it's a mod, no it isn't a keybind)
3. Enable Ammo Check (this is a mod as well)
4. While in game, check your keybinds for RELOAD and UNJAM in Settings > Controls > Bindings
5. After successfully following all steps, you need to Left-Alt + left click the magazine to add to your loadout, before a reload can work
   Bonus) You can also enable Mags Buyable at Traders if you want, it's a mod already inside your mod list

KEEP IN MIND that once you enable Mags Redux, you can't disable it in your current save file.

The only 100% safe way to do so is by loading a save where you DON'T have the mod enabled OR by starting a new game WITHOUT Mags Redux.

We also have this POSSIBLE workaround if you want to disable Mags Redux in the middle of your game:

hey can anyone help me out, i am coming back to STALKER Anomaly/Gamma and i followed the Gamma download instructions to a T (this is my 3rd attempt in 2 days, each attempt i have the same issue). i downloaded Anomaly and Updated, then Ran it and got no problems, after using the Grok Mod Installer and using it exactly as im supposed to. i get 358 active mods. however the game CTD's on startup. like immediately. the game doesnt even have a chance to open. also when starting up the game, i get the Anomaly startup window and not GROKs. unsure if its relevant but yeah. any help or insight would be greatly appreciated. for specs im working with a RTX 2080ti and an AMD R9 3950x and my only memory is 1tb Samsung Nvme SSD.

I am not sure if it can affect something but try typing "r__no_ram_textures on" in console and restart your game. This was turned off at some point for some reasons like people with GPUs that don't have a lot of VRAM but I believe it might help with loading times.

hey folks i noticed the duty expansion mod in the "good addons with issues and bugs" category, does anybody know how gamebreaking the bugs are? i had manually added duty expansion to gamma a few months back when the pack only had 333 mods and it worked fine, though i did not get terribly far into the duty expansion. updating now and wondering if i should skip duty expansion or not

you can install mods on top of gamma, in the MO launcher you will see all your manually added mods appear at the bottom in the "disabled" category. gamma mods will have numbers infront of them or start with G.A.M.M.A. as a prefix, while ones you add wont have those, making them easy to find again after you update gamma. i installed english voices and mega_collection_of_music_for_PDA mods and they work great with gamma

I followed all the installation directions to the letter twice; the first time MO2 said I had 358/417 mods, I launch the game as expected to and get an error that something is missing, I decided to fresh install/download everything, just to be absolutely sure, the main game deleted and re-downloaded, GAMMA launcher the same thing etc etc.

The second time I get around to the GAMMA installation bit, I finish it, run a MD5 check as per the launcher and the check said I had 62 mods missing, did another reinstall same procedure as the first one, got the same result. The second time around MO2 said I only had 261/417. I will probably try another entire fresh reinstall, but I couldn't possibly know why it's like this, I'm new to it all.

A full install will simply check every mod in the pack, reinstall and fix them, and any that need to be updated will be updated.

To do so:

2. Click "Download G.A.M.M.A. data"
3. Click "Full G.A.M.M.A. installation"

In case you want to save your in-game or MCM settings (because the installer will revert them back to default), type !backup in #🤖bot-commands.

DO NOT ENABLE any of the disabled animations. These are the root cause of multiple animation loops that can break the game, to the point where you have to delete your current save file.
This bug is called "busy hands", an animation loop that prevents the player from interacting with the action keys, except for movement. This bug can also and especially be found with vanilla animations. Try not to spam them.

If you are still unsure whether you have it or not, try to do any of the following:

• interact with objects or people
• use a weapon (you shouldn't even be able to see it when you select it)
• open your inventory
• drink/eat/sleep
• check your HUD in the bottom left corner

If you cannot do any of this, it probably means you do have busy hands.

The only possible way to, maybe, remove it completely, is to disable any extra activated animation that was previously disabled. You will also have to go back to a previous save where you are 100% sure that you don't have busy hands.

Certified DISABLED animations that bring busy hands:

• Opening/closing backpack and any option related to this
• Animation for skinning mutants
• Disassembling objects with Left-Alt pressed
• Picking up objects where you can see the hand movement

when activating the grenade launcher sight on the L85A2 Tactical, it disables the zoom stages on the Specter DR scope, the scope is fixed in the smallest zoom stage.

Can be fixed with reloading, but it keeps happening every time one activates the GL. Problem also is not present when the GL is not attached, then I can freely switch between scope and iron sight.

When I go to a technician, i still can have him repair my armor/weapons and upgrade them. I can't repair the individual parts but the overall condition can be repaired. I would think that this should not be the case anymore? I run the default modlist minus a couple mods for the autumn theme, because i prefer my stalker a bit more greener

Moving Anomaly:

1. Move your Anomaly folder to the new location
2. Go to your G.A.M.M.A folder
3. Delete the ModOrganizer.ini file. It should be below the ModOrganizer.exe application

Moving G.A.M.M.A.:

1. Open your G.A.M.M.A. folder and ONLY delete the "mods" folder you'll find inside. Leave the rest untouched, you don't need to delete anything else
2. Move your G.A.M.M.A. folder to the new location

When you have finished moving everything to the new location:

1. Run the installer as admin
2. Click on 1. Allow Powershell scripts
3. Click on 2. Launch MO2
4. Select your Anomaly folder
5. Click on Download G.A.M.M.A. data and then click on Full G.A.M.M.A. installation

Check if you are blocked from accessing moddb.com
If yes then wait for the indicated time + 40 minutes.

Then do exactly this:

1. Disable antivirus temporarily
2. Open GAMMA installer as admin
3. Click "Download G.A.M.M.A. data"
4. Change ModDB download mirror from Default to 128 or 127
5. Click "Full G.A.M.M.A. installation"
