Sounds like either you should enable the stutter mod, or change the lua dump setting to be lower bit by bit until it goes away (I dont remember the exact setting but it's in FAQ somewhere)

To avoid the despawn your Scavenging skill has to be level 17 or higher.

Instead, in order to loot an outfit or a helmet from a body a certain rank value is required. The requirement is almost negligible, rank value as small as 7200 is enough to meet a rank requirement for any equipment.

To get a yellow stash, finish 7 tasks, then keep doing things that will get you stash coordinates (e.g. more tasks, opening PDAs, looting bodies). So a Duty guy in Army Warehouses would talk differently than a Loner in Rostok, etc.

Field strip is ideally how you want to remove anything that isn't the barrel. If you want the barrel, disassemble it, but as for bolts, bolt carriers, gas, trigger etc, you field strip

This does sound like a skill issue - It could be many things. Low penetration ammunition, damaged components in the weapon you're using causing inaccuracy, or just one of the many inaccurate automatic weapons. Lower caliber, lower penetration ammunition will not even cause someone with high armor to flinch so I can understand thinking they just aren't being hit.

For me, its the grass. If I could disable the grass entirely like I do for base anomaly I would but haven't put the effort into trying to do it for GAMMA. I just have grass render distance maximum, but grass size and density at the lowest and no grass shadows.

If I turn on even a little of the grass options up, it destroys my framerate. The shader-based rain also plays hell on me, and for some reason the cloudydark weathers also kill my performance. In general for me a lot of performance seems weather dependent.

To bring your mod list, settings and keybinds back to default, inverting any changes made by you:

1. Open the G.A.M.M.A. Launcher with admin rights
2. Uncheck every box EXCEPT Delete Reshade DLLs
3. Click on Install / Update G.A.M.M.A

They're kind of perfect in this example use case as a secondary alongside a precision rifle. I have a merc save currently that uses a Remington, mp5, and USP. Its a really nice kind of loadout, really any SMG alongside any sniper and handgun of preference.

I don't think I could use the mosin with PU scope for very long anymore though, the 4x magnification just is not enough. I'd almost prefer irons. Its much more palatable to me on the SKS as a midrange sight but for long range stuff I really need something at least 6x to be comfortable, or just irons.

If you're trying to spawn chimeras...just spawn the hides instead. especially if you've already killed chimeras and just got bad RNG.

If you've already completed the main quest or aren't playing on story mode, afaik, it usually works fine.

One of my oldest plays for a loner playthru is joining ecologists after the main quest, always works fine.
