Achktually a high-performance silencer reduces the recoil of a weapon by providing a frontal opposing force to the gases (basically its weight), which thus create an internal force opposing the weapon's recoil
Its internal architecture helps reduce the gas propagation to minimise the sound of it but I never see anywhere that a silencer makes the bullet go faster

Assuming you are on the latest version of GAMMA, try any one of these at a time (in no particular order) to see if it helps with stutters or microfreezes:

1. Bring your modlist back to default (type !default in #🤖bot-commands )
2. If you have a NVIDIA GPU, you can enable Triple Buffering, and set Low Latency Mode to Ultra in NVIDIA control panel
3. Open Anomaly Launcher via MO2 and tick Prefetch sounds
4. If you have a beefy GPU, use Anomaly (DX11) (no avx)
5. Activate the Turn this on if you stutter mod to alleviate stutters while losing some FPS
6. Consider looking at #╰⚡fps-optimisation for a performance boost, if that channel is locked go here to unlock: #⏩start-confirm
7. In game, go to Settings > Modded Exes > Optimization > Lua Garbage Collector and increase this bit by bit until microstutters/freezes stop. Default value is 300, people seem to find that 750-800 is the sweet spot, this will depend on your hardware

To get a yellow stash, finish 7 tasks, then keep doing things that will get you stash coordinates (e.g. more tasks, opening PDAs, looting bodies). You get a 50% chance of receiving a yellow stash each time. This resets upon finding a yellow stash - then you need to do 7 more tasks, and look for more stash coordinates afterwards.

LTSC is meant for factory/long-term devices that don't have a lot of "MicroSlop user friendly features™©" included. Such as factory line production PC's. It works just like a normal PC, but a lot of stuff like Copilot and whatnot are not forcefully installed, and it receives only important security and driver updates. If you are a normal user, you can safely get a LTSC Windows installation and enjoy quite bloat-free Windows. 😙
