An ongoing bug causes some stashes to spawn on random objects, anomalies or NPC's, resulting in the loss of any items they might've held.

To identify if the stash is indeed bugged you can do this:

1. Disable Areas above the PDA Map to remove white circles around locations
2. Right Click the stash marker on your PDA Map
3. Select Set Waypoint
4. Right Click the waypoint you just added
5. Select Waypoint Settings
6. Enable Show waypoints marker on HUD
7. Press OK
8. The on-screen waypoint will point towards the stash

If you crashed when trying to shoot a weapon: Go to Settings > Visual > Player and disable Enhanced Recoil Effects
If you crashed when trying to auto-loot a body or stash: Go to Mod Configuration Menu > Auto Looter and disable Auto Disassembly for Ammo

"honorable" ones like Military, Duty - it would make sense to only take the dogtags (badge) to report to the command
more utilitarian factions like Bandits or Loners - just take everything, the Zone is rough and the dead don't need their gear anymore

In the brain scorcher, is the 10 minute timer part of the base game or is it a gamma thing? Because I'm playing Ironman (with lifegranter) and after dying there a few times and seeing my life counter drop to 2 and having a mini panic attack, then taking an entire day to gear up properly and finally clearing it with barely 2 minutes left, I can say that it's genuinely one of the most intense setpieces I've ever experienced in a game. I don't think I've ever played a single player game that had a moment with that much weight to it.

Well my personal experience was feeling genuinely accomplished an empowered when I finally managed to get my first fully automatic weapon, then finally being able to repair a weapon that was compatible with a viable scope, etc. A part of the struggle is having bad gear, so offering more gear options early would probably be seen as making the game easier

f1 has shrapnel, decent blast radius, decent damage and pierces armor better than the other two
