How to get stash coordinates:

1. Complete tasks (this is the main source of stash coordinates)
2. Loot dead bodies
3. Read looted PDAs (right click -> View them in inventory). If it's locked, go to a mechanic to unlock it
4. Buy coordinates from Sid or Cold (only available in the south)

How to get yellow stashes:

1. Complete 7 tasks
2. Get a stash coordinate afterwards - this can be from any source, e.g. the 8th task, a PDA, looting a body
3. That stash coordinate has a 50% chance to be a yellow stash. If you didn't get it, keep doing step 2 until you get a yellow stash

To identify if the stash is indeed bugged you can do this:

1. Disable Areas above the PDA Map to remove white circles around locations
2. Right Click the stash marker on your PDA Map
3. Select Set Waypoint
4. Right Click the waypoint you just added
5. Select Waypoint Settings
6. Enable Show waypoints marker on HUD
7. Press OK

i like mags ( play zona once in a while ) but on gamma not sure. enemies are very spongey sometimes, where as on zona you can get 1 shot, but so can enemies which makes mags a bit more managable

or current save, maybe load the game first (not the save), rebind and save then quit
then launch the game again to see if it fixes it
