The one MVS has uses extra accessories, like the stethoscope and head mirror. The pockets are in different places, and one has colorful objects inside.

The Do No Harm version has, again, different pocket placement. It also has no accessories at all, but he has the prosthetic arm. He also doesn't wear his backpack in the episode, unlike the other one.

Funny enough, the Dr.Finn variant imagine depicts him without a backpack, which might be the modelers confusing the two outfits.
