I'm on PC myself and my friend is PS. I keep getting disconnected from a connection error. My friend just got into a match and the opponents used my idle character to win against my friend because I got put right back in the lobby. This has been an ongoing issue since the game relaunched.

I'm not able to use the Toast taunt as Stripe when using his Combat Stripe skin. It shows his default taunt instead. I've checked multiple times that the Toast taunt is equipped and it is. Have even equipped it in every slot to see what happens and it just does default taunt

Some players Horror gems have reset twice and nothing was said about that either.

Some games where characters DC or if the server is generally laggy dont count towards mission or XP, which is understandable but it wastes time. Either make it that those games count towards XP and missions or make it kick player back to lobby. Its really frustrating when I'm just trying to get dailies done.

didn't read all of these but theres a bug where the controller just stops working, which can only be fixed by hard closing mvs... happened with my friend on ps5 and pc w/ xbox controller, and also happened to me playing on pc with a gamecube controller... we were playing rifts for all of these occurrences

also we have no idea how this occurred but there was one time where the enemy got stuck inside of our own character and you could just infinitely attack them... looks basically identical to mewtwo's soul breaker glitch from smash melee

I play on keyboard. When using the dedicated controls for each specific move, sometimes my attacks will always fully charge, even when simply tapping the buttons. It even happens when using the attack button but not as often.

This bug has been affecting me for a good few days now. Whenever I load up the game to get in a few rounds with Harley Quinn, I go to her page in the Fighters tab to find ALL of her emotes unequipped and turning into a grey Shaggy with a question mark. Even after I reequip them, I can't even use them in game! Though from what I've tested, they strangely still work in Training and Rifts.

How come I've unlocked the Crushing Difficulty of the Dexter's Lab rift, but I haven't unlocked the experienced difficulty? Is it because my gems are too high to unlock it, or what the hell is going on here? I have beaten the first dificulty of the rift, but instead of unlocking experienced I unlocked Crushing.

Taunts:
Since Wednesday’s patch, taunts and emotes are bugged. Harley Quinn’s default taunt doesn’t work, and for every other character the only taunt that works is their default one.
Console Connection Error:
Since Wednesday’s patch, Xbox one and ps4 cannot play 2v2s or play rifts with a teammate. Anytime someone tries to play either they automatically get kicked due to connection error.
Beta Players Still missing Beta Items:
Since the release of the game, some beta players are still missing their items. My Roomate is missing every single profile banner and badge he received in beta, I see a lot of other people complaining too.

Hey, the strange thing is that out of anything that can reflect projectiles for a certain kind of mission from the fifth rift, only the ability from the Auto Reflect gem can do it. Other methods for reflecting projectiles, like the Reverse Gears gem and Jake's Up Special, do not count for some reason.

Experiencing a problem where my character select screen is just empty (not full but with no characters unlocked, literally empty) and the game says I have no gems. Not sure if this qualifies as a bug but in the surfs up rift there’s a mission where you fight taz and one of the requirements is to turn taz into a chicken 3 times. Well on both easy and crushing I did it 3x, it doesn’t work. I do it 4x, it doesn’t work. I had to do it 5x on both easy and crushing.

Multiple bugs/issues encountered (Steam)

  1. Emotes no longer work online, they get overwritten by the default emote. They only still work in training and rifts. Give me back my salt!
  2. Sometimes player badges display incorrectly on the pre-match screen. For example if an opponent has a Batman Wins badge and a Total Ringouts badge, both will show as Batman Wins badges. Highlighting them still reveals the correct accompanying stats text for the badge, the image is just wrong. This seemingly occurs at random and does not appear to be reproduced consistently.
  3. Sometimes in the middle of a match this game disconnects my (fully charged) controller, sending my character sprinting off the ledge repeatedly until it reconnects. This issue only ever occurs in this game and not others. Caused a number of forced losses, it's happened at least half a dozen times. Absolutely infuriating.

You need to fix the whole not getting event challenges if you’re on when the event starts. It’s a very good way to lose players. I thought I was being on top of it getting up early busting out some rifts and missions but then I come to realize I am locked out of the event missions for the Jason event because I was playing during the time it dropped?….. I commonly get matches where one player appears afk, but are likely not connected to the game, and then I have to play through the whole game, before sitting through a long loading screen at the end. the match doesn't count towards any missions. Its pretty annoying that it takes so long to get into the next game, so improved handling for these errors that cancels the match quicker would be great.

This might he known but there's a glitch with joker on a few stages (1v1 tree tops) where if you get onto his balloon while it's over a platform it sends you straight to the lower blast zone instantly. It seems to have some janky properties with platforms in general like instead of traveling through them it forces you above or below them when you get on the balloon

I believe there’s an issue with Gizmo in online modes where he gets locked out of jumping and dodging either randomly or a specific order of events happens. I’m not sure what causes it as I can’t recreate it, but it’s definitely something that is prevalent enough to have occurred over multiple games and play sessions.

At times my down normal would just fail to hit them on the ground, send them too far or just have random angles no matter the opponents health, yet when i lab they work perfect everytime. Is this a common issue with everyone? Is it intended? If so what makes certain moves behave differently or just fails mechanically? Same issue with the joker vs batman event happened with the rise of jason event yesterday, i logged in shortly after reset (but before the event started) and didn’t get the daily missions so I guess i missed the first day. Update on the Gizmo glitch: For those of you who don’t know, at random points throughout a match Gizmo suddenly loses his ability to jump and dodge, even when touching the ground. Personally, I’ve lost a lot of matches because of it and I feel that it should be addressed so that players aren’t discouraged from playing as Gizmo. Essentially, I’ve found that the glitch is likely to happen under certain circumstances involving Batman and some of his moves. This glitch isn’t limited to specifically Batman however, as other characters such as Black Adam have caused this glitch in some way. I believe it could have something to do with the nature of their projectiles, as they are some of the few characters who can launch opponents toward themselves. As for Garnet and Joker, I haven’t experienced the glitch when fighting them, however it could still happen. I’m not entirely sure of the cause, I just know that it definitely has something to do with something Batman does, and possibly other characters. It also could have something to do with the Bat-Bomb when it’s attached to the Batarang, but once again, I’m not entirely sure. I also believe that this is only an online occurrence, as I can’t find a way to replicate the glitch in training mode.

However as of Patch 1.02 we are unable to join each other's lobbies.

Is this a bug or has there been a shadow removal of being able to queue up between regions?

Had this bug for awhile. But events get a little "!" next to it after completing missions, but won't go away until after going to the missions tab & claiming the reward. I feel like moving the icon over to missions would reduce confusion, provided it isn't a bug, that is.

Another update on the Gizmo glitch: I just encountered another issue where it also occurs when fighting Steven Universe. This time was different however, as I was able to jump on the ground, but not dodge. Interestingly, it also made it impossible to jump as well as dodge while on the wall. Looking more into it, I do believe it has something to do with the grounded side special car move, as I believe it has something to do with the car being destroyed before gizmo exits the vehicle. This is just a theory and I don’t know for sure. Also, it definitely has to do with projectiles, as my previous hypothesis of it being from characters who have projectiles that launch opponents toward the fighter. Something caused those three characters (Batman, Black Adam, Steven Universe) to mess with Gizmo and remove his ability to jump or dodge. Usually, all Gizmo needs to do to exit the car is jump or dodge. However I think I’ve found in training mode that there’s a small period of time where Gizmo spawns in the car and he cannot jump or dodge to exit it. Theoretically, if the car was destroyed during that small window, the game could think that Gizmo hasn’t fully gone through the process of entering the car, and therefore only allowing him to attack and move, and not jump or dodge. I don’t see how this still allows Gizmo to attack and do specials though. Maybe the game recognizes that he’s out of the car, but also he can’t exit it? That doesn’t entirely make sense, but hopefully in the next few games I can find out what else is going on if I run into one of those 3 characters.

I don't know if it's already been reported but it's impossible to play Velma now, when I get grabbed by Jason or even by the 3rd jab of black adam or any other grab, in the vast majority of cases, Velma remains stuck to the opponent and it's impossible to move and when the opponent dies Velma is still stuck

3 Bugs: #clips message

Bug 1 - Major
When Bugs nair hits his safe it still hits multiple times and deals massive damage. I thought this was addressed and fixed in a previous patch.

Bug 2 - Game Breaking
Bugs teleports to the top blastzone after using his rabbit hole. he is not rung out and does not respawn anywhere on the map.

Bug 3 - Very Minor
Visual bug that shows the player starts the game at a damage count above 0. The player that is affected by this bug is still at 0 damage and is fixed after the affected player takes damage. This bug does not need a fix right away but would be welcomed.

Many characters, including Iron Giant, can cancel knockback received from an attack. Characters that I have seen perform this bug include:
Arya, Bugs Bunny, Iron Giant, Morty, Steven Universe, The Joker, and Velma.

Bug 5 - Minor
Iron Giant will automatically perform his defensive burst after a successful parry if defensive burst is not on cooldown.

I'm not sure if this is true but apparently if you connect the same account on 2 consoles it gives you massive XP from matches, should probably look into that, I've seen some people complete the BP incredibly fast using it

Pve rifts Insanity Techno Terror difficulty is incredibly bugged in that it is not registering gems at all. The requirement is 7s and in 878 for my gems, and I literally take over 100 damage from single Harley combo and do minisucule damage. Halting progress

I recently noticed an issue with Tom and Jerry’s jab attack. Frequently and inconsistently, the hammer will visually disappear. Also, projectiles that are sent directly in the middle of Tom and Jerry while they’re performing the visually glitched version of the jab combo, will cause that projectile to phase through Tom and Jerry completely.

In rifts, I played a match with a companion cage, and after defeating the enemy I tried to pick up the key while in Gizmo’s car. Not only did I not pick it up, but it made the key permanently unable to be picked up. Had to either completely close Multiversus (since there’s no option to quit mid-mission wtf) or wait 2 and a half minutes for the timer to run out.

My game seems to be tweaking out at the moment..? It disconnected me from Rifts as I've been doing the Power Pledge thing, I loaded back in and in the fighter store it said I could buy a couple characters that I already have. So I reloaded the game again and now it won't show any of my fighters or cosmetics and there's all of a sudden an extra Rise of Jason quest saying "Play wearing a hockey mask" as an Assassin but I did that earlier with Jason when it said Tank originally. Not sure what's going on.

A small glitch, but an impactful one: Arya’s Knife in Dexter’s Laboratory 2. If Arya is offstage and uses her knife side special ability, the knife will slowly glide upon the ground. The game things that the knife is still airborne, and it slowly spins forward based on the direction thrown. The knife is still able to attach to players and anything else that it can attach to. Definitely useful but game breaking glitch when in disadvantage offstage in Dexter’s Lab 2 as Arya. Let me know if anyone else has had similar experiences.

Gamebreaking Bug (During Match)

On the Batcave, I think Rick or Steven (why steven in a second) caused something to prevent respawning after ringout.

Wonderwomen disappeared after I ringout her while teleporting with Ricks portal. After a while, we were all emoting. After getting ringout, I didnt respawn. And after Rick died, he didnt respawn either.

Only Steven was on stage but after self-ringouting, he respawned.
He was so nice to end the match quickly.

Final update on what I’ve decided to name “The Grounded Gizmo Glitch”: Just a few minutes ago, I was playing a match against a Stripe player. All was normal until I spawned in Gizmo’s toy car. Then, I believe I was hit out of the car when Stripe used his gun attack. I happened to be targeted, so it hit me out of the car. Once that happened, I could no longer jump or dodge. That’s why it happens so frequently with moves like Batman’s Bat-bomb or Black Adam’s side special. It hits Gizmo out of the car before it hits the car. This makes the game think that Gizmo is still inside of the car. If you notice, while exiting the car, Gizmo falls for a very brief period before jumping out of the car. Keep in mind, that only occurs when the car is on the ground, not in the air, as the car jumps with Gizmo. In a way, I think that the game thinks Gizmo is still inside of the car and therefore can’t jump or dodge because it hasn’t registered that he’s out of the car. It still registers that he’s on the ground, therefore all attacks and special attacks still work, as well as walking/running. I’m not entirely sure if entering another toy car or latching on to an ally fixes the bug, but I do believe that if you enter another car it still doesn’t change at all, and you can’t exit this car whatsoever. If you happen to be a Gizmo main who bothered to read this entire paragraph, please do yourself a favor and either refrain from using the toy car against specific projectile heavy characters, or just avoid using Gizmo altogether until the glitch is fixed. Best of luck to all of you, especially those such as myself who are Gizmo mains and have experienced this first hand.

Today's missions were weirdly glitchy. Like 2 pvp wins didn't count, and I had to play 12 separate matches and dodge a few times each for it to count 1 dodge. Was weird ^_^

Black Adam especially can avoid some of Jason's attacks by holding away and odd interactions like that happen as a result. Its possible as Adam to avoid the final hit of Jason's jab combo pretty consistently although I'm not sure how you do it, just had it happen a lot, even dodge the teleport at the end sometimes.

There is a visual bug involving Joker and Marvin. If Marvin uses neutral attack to capture Joker's neutral attack (perk with chance to get a big card) the bubble expands to take up the entire screen. Joker's neutral attack I think has to be the big detonating card.

Hi, I'm a Garnet player and the Marker perk is just completely gone. I've tried to exit and go back in, and it seemed like it was removed from the game. When I checked the patch notes though, it never mentioned Garnet's perk being removed. Electric Groove is still there which is nice and all, but I would prefer to use the Marker perk.

I am on "Insanity" difficulty with level 7-8 Green gems, and Harley gets me to 200+ damage in one combo and out of the map either in that same combo or an extra hit afterward.
Node 5 with the computer fight is also hilariously overtuned, but one issue at a time.
Even if I bring a friend, Harley 0-death'ing on any hit, or at least tenderizing you with whiffs feels so genuinely awful, it's anti-fun. The first 2 nodes were firmly challenging and fun while solo, but this isn't so much as a "difficulty curve" as it is a "deletion".

My friend (NA) and I (AUS) have been queueing for 2s since launch with no issue.

However as of Patch 1.02 we are unable to join each other's lobbies.

Is this a bug or has there been a shadow removal of being able to queue up between regions?

So the online for PS4 did get "better" but with multiple different characters in both 1 vs 1 and 2 vs 2s there is this roll back glitch where my characters get stuck in crouch or run off the map entirely. This will happen at different point of the game despite mashing all buttons available on the controller in an attempt to reset. It took an hour and a half to get the win 3 pvp game daily because of this and mid game drops. Ya'll did awesome on fixing the games dropping at start but games are still impossible online for ps4

I'm not sure if this has been documented yet, and I am unable to share images for proof, but. I'm not gonna do a good job explaining it in short so bare with me.

For some reason the current Surfs Up Rift has a strange bug where under certain circumstances it doesn't count bosses defeated to your badges, like I beaten the 15 available bosses but I'm only counted 13 wins with the boss badge. Thankfully I still got the boss points for the Smith event, but that never went through with badges. I wonder if it's because I went through Crushing and Insanity on Multiplayer?

I’m doing rifts with my friend, and randomly on one of them I was not able to click any buttons on my controller or on my keyboard, but my friend was able to (I’m playing on steam). Even when the match ended, I was unable to click any buttons to continue or even move my mouse around to change off the window. I had to eventually restart my whole computer just to be able to use it again.

Bug report: Sometimes it waits like a full 60s to drop after match, I think it's when the other player diconnects or goes away. Seems like a pretty nasty bug where you just sitting there not playing the game for what seems like a long time.

Its not anything that was bought. It was from peoples time invested and Tony had made a public statement that everyone would keep everything they earned during the beta. Especially when they have been radio silent for a month since launch. For all any of us knows that could mean we might lose characters we already earned at any time.
Like it wouldnt be hard for Tony to at least make a statement like. "We know about the problem" at bare minimum.

The idea that dismissing a problem because it doesn't affect someone specifically can cause even more problems in the long run.

Im not denying that other things need to be addressed as gameplay issues are very important to be dealt with. Sorry to have bothered you, just want the game to last as long as possible.

Unfortunately we're at the point I feel like the devs work on 1 small thing at a time and I want something impacting actual gameplay to have precedence over something negligible gameplay wise

While it does suck and borders the area of thievery, it doesn't genuinely impact gameplay. You don't have to rebuy your cosmetics to play. I need cross region play to be fixed to play with my friends.

Yeah I hear many people complain about this after you shut down their unreasonable qualms about the game and it makes me slightly dubious of the complaint because it's a valid one (if true) so why not start with that.. I find it really hard to believe that people are contacting them and they are not responding or straight up telling them they won't help or don't see any record of them having the items.. good to hear people are in fact getting their stuff back.

Personally i am only missing two things left. As similarly to you most of my stuff has been returned. I am also missing the Snowman Sledding and Valentineon Velma (which was earned by logging in during the Valentines Event)
My friend sadly lost all his characters and has had no luck with CS yet, i am glad they are starting to get stuffto some of though. My assumption is something with data got messy when transfering to the new engine but just annoying that its been this long with nothing said about it

Yes i have finally gotten most of my stuff. I had to pester CS a ton to get any progress with them as even with photo proof they didnt believe me at first so i had to get even more proof. Which i thankfully did but the whole situation has just been annoying and shady as even the bug report page showed a lot of people had been trying to get their stuff with similar problems.

I am super happy to hear people are starting to slowly get their stuff i just think they could of been more transparent about the issue as they were with other problems

In rift mode if you play Harley you spam a button to select her (after a failed attempt) it will select a skin you don't have and you'll go to the shop and buy it i didn't want to purchase ( the support helped me i'll be refunded 🙂 )

Spam Joker's down special, both on ground and arial. I got the mission completed without hitting a single jack-in-the-box. It is bugged, but you can still do it.

Jake command grab seems not to function as Adam and Jason’s where the more the enemy does it the easier it is to break out. Jake can use his bite indiscriminately through out the whole match for the same amount of time

You also have several characters that need hitbox work. Jake, Superman, Harley, Bugs, Joker and many others make contact with their attacks when you are above and behind them when they should be punishable. This is the biggest problem for me out of everything in this Game.

I’m a beta returning player and I have the free BP. I main Bugs Bunny, and when it still was in the shop, I bought the "Hollywood Hare" bundle that includes the Bugs Announcer Pack, Hollywood Bugs variant, Bugs himself (which I already owned) and mostly the Toodles, Doc emote.
Note that the emote is also in the BP, and when I reached it’s tier, i didn’t receive any Gleamium or compensation, nor refund 😅

So the create the jack in the box mission isn't working I have spent 2 matches using almost exclusively that move and no addition on the mission bar I am stuck at 2 when my last mission were no different than the 2 that got me the bonuses.
