I have a Harley combo consisting of the same thing on this map, the speakers count as a hit box for collateral dmg and provide hitstun.

Other characters can hit jake when he has his punch out. You can hit him in the arm similar to dhalsim in street fighter and i'm not sure it's intentional because when it comes to other moves like taz's tornado, YOU CAN'T HIT HIM.
