Garnet has written in her move description on the Cristal Combo (side attack) that the slow forward slam would grant her armored.
But she does not gain nay armored while using i.

Garnet has several real bugs though.

  1. Down special not actually working by either getting stuck after grabbing someone or not grabbing anyone at all and just hitting them instead
  2. Her up special still not working correctly and not connecting completely after hitting someone. (Honestly this moved should be changed to an actual upward spike and the trash that it is now)
  3. Her hitboxes are very janky

@raw tide r please fix these as a beta player:

  • Game speed is a little to slow (x1.25 attack speed and mouv speed would be better)
  • Too much problem with the network disconnection (We should be able to choose the server)
  • Leaderboard was such a great thing
  • To many little bugs (Random damage at the beginning that disappear, a LOT of disconnection in game because of network even with a good wifi, some character are broken with infinite combo,a lot of crashes on consoles...)
  • UI can be a little bit better
  • Gaining xp during matches would be nice (There are not a lot of ways to progress in battle pass)
  • A lot of good features are missing (Test a character in training, leaderboard…)
  • Grinding feels so unrewarding (No xp for battle pass after each game, weekly mission that asks to use characters you don’t even have, sometimes you do not get your rewards because of bugs…)
    It is very important before launching ranked because the game is a little bit laggy

I had a similar issue playing as Stripe in 1v1 pvp, where in the middle of a fight the attack button suddenly stopped working. After it ended, I loaded a training match and the button was working again.

Hey. Has anyone had issues with the game swapping to their second monitor?

Recently installed Delfinovin and followed the steps set out in their start-up guide (Zadig and .NET installations) to get a GC controller working for Multiversus, a game run on UE5.

Since installation, the game breaks upon tabbing out, and 'forgets' my primary monitor as the input. Any attempts to remedy this in game have no effect, and the primary monitor is forgotten after the first loading screen. The game the jumps to the second monitor, and then briefly back and forth before locking to the second.

I've since removed Delfinovin, and un-done any changes made using Zadig and removed the .NET launcher. I've uninstalled drivers for the GC controller in device manager, and switched back to a PS4 controller. The issue persists with the PS4 controller - I have also reinstalled the PS4 drivers via device manager.

I've seen some suggestions online that this is a ViGEmBus problem, but removing that did not seem to resolve it. I've seen similar suggestions that this occurs across all UE5 games, but I've not had replies as to whether the people reporting this on other UE5 games have tried similar controller emulation software.

Has any experienced this after installing emulation software, or knows a fix for the issue?

While I agree that all the good features from the beta that they randomly decided not to add in should be put back, my main concern is that the game is literally unplayable on Xbox servers. When can we expect a resolution to this? You’d think they’d address it more after the game being out for 4 days already and I am getting kicked from my game every other match.

Can anyone help me? Every time I get to this stage of Joker's Rift, where I have to face Rick and Morty, their lives are infinite, and if time runs out, it counts as defeat. This is pretty minor compared to a lot of the other bugs, but when switching between the different Perk slots there's a frame where the perks are ordered differently, then on the next frame they are in their correct order. This leads to a very glitchy feeling while setting up perks.

I have a strange one, I was playing a 2v2, and the enemy Arya gave up part way in, and just ran off the edge over and over until the match was over. The match in my history reads as a 4-1 in my favor-- but as a defeat? It also didn't count mission progress or fighter experience for the fight.

I'm sure other people have written this but anytime I play with a friend on rifts it seems to work just fine on regular missions but not when it comes to bosses/protecting the crystal/target practice

Me and my gf tried everything from switching characters, resetting the game, resetting our game systems, nothing seems to prevent that issue of it crashing so I'm guessing it's some bug or issue for a friend joining those missions in particular

I have a bug where if I press "O" during a match then my "L" (dodge) will do a random sequence of moves. The first Harley mission in horror rifts can’t be played with a teammate or it keeps crashing. You can solo just fine but can’t receive the last gem.

Some skins have missing flare so you wont get stars, for example in Win the match with a Detective, if you use Uncle Shagworthy, it wont count as completed

I've recently got a mvs "bug" where the game wants to constantly switch to my second monitor mid game. Occasionally it just makes a freeze frame that blocks my second monitor and others it fully switches and I have to reset the game it revert... I've tried everything Ik of so far but it makes it so my second monitor is useless while playing the game... which is rather annoying. Anyone else run into this?

This is not the 1st time this has happened to me but Taz neutral special where he swallows the target is bugged, if the opponent performs a frame perfect doge as soon as the attack ends before he spits them back, he stays stuck in the animation unable to do anything every input is none responsive letting the opponent a free win, I would put a video recording but we can't send videos here

not 100% sure how this worked but this is my best guess,

A jason sleeping bagged me as he got parried and I was stuck in his character model for the rest of the game. I was not able to move, atk, etc. and if he got knocked out I would just teleport to the top of the screen. I was invincible to knockback so I could literally not do anything the rest of the game, leaving it to be a 2v1 on my friend.

There's a bug when using Rick if you use Portal and opponent is infront of it when you launch meeseeks then immediately teleport as meeseeks hits opponent. It sends your opponent through the portal and they disappear and you are left having to wait until the clock winds down.

Bots keep finding a way into 2 vs 2s it is usually 1 bot and 3 human players which will crash the game or make it so the player with the bot is most likely to lose. It's been several time in the past few days making 2vs 2s even more difficult to play with ps4 not doing as well as steam and ps5. I would get better systems but money be tight and all I got is my ps4 so the game is almost unplayable for me in competitive 2 vs 2. I played the beta all the way till it was taken down and I was able to constantly get more games than I have since the rerelease of the official game. I LOVE this game and I want to play but I am being walled by drops and lag

A very weird game breaking bug:

Sometimes the game saves up my last inputs (before the bug happens) and as soon as i press a seemingly random button that it gets tied to, it will ALWAYS repeat the entire sequence until its over, resulting in completely losing control of my character for the entire match the moment i press said input.
Initially i thought it was tied to Iron giant and his rage mode as i mained him and it usually happened on him, but I've been playing jason after his temporary removal and it still persists

Examples of the bug occuring during combat, i press a sequence of inputs and it gets saved up to an input, like:
-Jason sair normal, walk, sair normal, walk (and it keeps on going until i reach the blastzone). It would get triggered by dodging right
-Iron giant dodges always going left, or right (had both happen) for the entirety of the match
-Iron giant uair normal, jump, uair normal, jump, uair normal, jump (sending me sky high into death) resulted by inputting sair special (a completely unrelated input)

I have no clue how to recreate it, other than trying to input attacks very fast. (the 30 frame input buffer is very bothersome for me, and i end up changing my opinion based on the situation while im in hitstun, dodge or during an attack of mine)

Can anyone help me? In the second to last mission of Joker's rift, where we have to face Rick and Morty at the same time, there is a bug. They have infinite lives, I can't finish it. I kill them infinitely and if the time runs out, it counts as a defeat. I even played the rift on the second difficulty but when I got to the same mission, the bug remains.

Tom and Jerry bugs:

  • The "Hurt Toe" taunt does not display the hammer properly as in the beta, with Jerry whacking Tom's toe with an invisible mallet.
  • Last night I tried to shoot Jerry but shot all three tennis balls at nothing instead.
  • In the same game I rocketed Jerry into the blast zone, after which Jerry never respawned and I had to play the last minute of the match with only Tom
  • Had a few instances in 2v2 where two Jerrys were active at the same time (other Jerry was able to cork while Tom had a Jerry "attached")
    I have recordings of gameplay if those help as well.

um people are randomly being teleported OUT OF THE MATCH. i accidentally did it to a batman in 2v2 as rick when i placed my teleporter on him. my friend was also teleported out the match when he was captured in jasons bag with someone else.

idk what causes this and you still see the match play out but your team mate is left in a 1v2. definitely needs to be fixed.

Gems are resetting/losing experience. Reimburse the lost experience. I have lost 2 levels on horror gems then levelled them all up again only to have them get reset again. Both times this happened was when the game closed

I don't know if it's a known bug or intended : the perk That's Flammable, Doc! says it can be triggered by a melee attack after hitting an enemy with a projectile. The debuff from this perk, after being applied, is triggered by other damaging perks like Collateral Damage (it doesn't trigger the ignite if an enemy bounces of a wall without this perk), and the ignite damage from That's Flammable, Doc! triggers the debuff continuously if reapplied while already ignited.

This issue should be (IMO) a huge priority, especially before ranked is released as playing competitively on the platform just isn't possible right now.

In the "strong in the real way" steven bundle, it says on the picture you get steven ringouts, a steven emote, the coach steven variant, steven emote, steven stars taunt, the lion ringout. With GIZMO, i just had a weird bug : I couldn't jump and dodge anymore. (in the air and ground, and dying did not change anything, neither did going into the car)

When I go to the account cosmetics, it takes an extremely long time to lobe, and sometimes it even shows the wrong thing, I would be in the badges and it would show profile icons and banners. It takes a long time to load and it’s annoying to have to wait for it to load every time.

Xbox performance is tied to how assets are first loading in mid-match. Audio, models, particle effects. UE5 synchronous loading will halt the game for one player as assets finish loading to run, while the other player is freed up. This lock up is causing major desyncs as it looks as though PC and PS5 handle these moments using only what I think looks to be asynchronous loading. Synchronous load is messing up the game.

Loading the character resources including their moveset dependencies as well as a players active account assets during the match loading screen properly will fix this.

Solutions:

Use asynchronous loading to allow the game to load missing assets into the match while the match continues. This may cause brief invisible attacks and models but will smooth out gameplay.

"Waiting for opponent"

Allow the game to load additional resources during the loading scene. It may add an extra second or two to loading, but this message will halt a players match and wait for the other player to reach the same point before beginning play. It may slow down match starts and a screen like that might frustrate players with better setups, but those players will enjoy a synced match.

Please don't drop resolution or fps. That's not the issue. Dropping the resolution haphazardly while using a texture streamer that you didn't configure properly could make things worse.

Hey guys, I haven't played this game since the beta, and now when I have been trying to get back into it, I can't get back into the game. I've been resetting my local save, I waited until what was assumed to be maintenance to end, and I can't get any further than the login screen. I just go in, and as soon as I get to the "Account Syncing" phase, I get kicked out and without any error, it just says "disconnected". Would anyone be able to help me out? I don't know what's going on.

in an online match super man's grab just did something I have a hard time describing, I have screenshots of it I want to send but cant' the only way I can describe it is he command grabbed me next to a wall and I was stuck in it? then he just walked around like nothing happened and I was stuck to him???? kind of like the ice climbers bug in melee but I was somehow stuck to him
