Honestly I'm quite surprised that Rick only has one style from the show.

We are deep in preparation for the big mid-season patch coming next week. This will include numerous character balances, additional content, and returning features such as spectator mode and free for all.

Moving forward we plan to have one massive balancing patch at the mid point of each season. We'll still have fixes where needed, but the mid-season patches will be our bread and butter.

having played in Street Fighter 2 Tourneys were the Guile "handcuff" glitch was allowed and it made a lot of players angry when it was used on them.
I can understand them "fixing" Velma, Giant, Joker etc. before releasing something that may turn away even more players because of the known "broken" characters.
Myself, I would rather them two ranked modes a basic fighter for the basic gamers, and one with all the modes that is all RNG I want some fun not basic. It is Mutliversus not Smash or Street Fighter or Tekken.

i think the rating is more of a learning curve.
it's not that TJ or Rick are hard to use.
it's more that their hitboxes are kinda unique and odd compared to someone like BG.
case in point TJ.
Tom shoots Jerry with Special aim with up and down, where Jerry lands hit Special again Tom throws an odd hitbox tennis ball at Jerry it comes back to Tom, you chase after Jerry wait for cooldowns and can repeat.
whereas Banana... pointy stick and attack is all you really need and knowing how to play a platform game and dodge.

No, check their twitter/read what the difficulties say before you click on them - there’s only going to be 3 difficulties per rift (excluding loony)

Experienced is only for early-season rifts, insanity is only for later-season rifts

i know in the first rift, you can get 99/100 solo if you have joker

so you would just need a friend to play 1 round with you which wouldnt be too hard

i did that with all 3 available first rift levels + as many tasks on the beach one to get level 7 for chaos

its probably the same for digital and horror though horror might be tricky because there arent as many opertunities compared to chaos and digital

also complete every quest you have, the battle pass has gem crates to level up your gems

undeniably velma. 2 minute cooldown on a 5% dmg projectile. upspecial literally doesnt do anything grounded. you wont ever freeze anybody with it bc the same time it takes to apply all the stacks is the exact length it stays active. so you need to throw it ontop of an enemy and then if they dont move at all for the full duration they freeze. her projectile sucks and doesnt go through platforms. She has nearly zero kill moves

I'm not set on finishing the battlepass or anything. It's not my biggest concern. What bothers me more is their game design to prey upon skins, specific characters, or 4 different currencies. In no world does more types of currencies help streamline anything

I’m stuck on the last 2v2s in Surf’s Up. The Joker Fish hazard is killing me, and what’s with Shaggy getting that weird shield in the Lazarus Pit stage? Set amount of lives per day, damage is going to carry over between stages, and you can purchase extra lives per day. According to what it says for the Difficulty Select screen. Obviously at the end of the day we can refuse to pay for lives 🤷🏻‍♂️
