So yeah, friend and I grinded out the newest rift tonight. Is it just me, or was that rift pretty uniquely terrible compared to the others?

The missions were so much more demanding for owning specific outfits, the two Iron Giant with reflect missions were borderline impossible on the highest difficulty, and we had just a ton of technical issues (like we crashed three times doing the second Joker fish mission)

We got those after probably 30 attempts each. I think you take approximately 3000 reflected damage per character in a successful run

The first one was extra awful as he kept giving himself 30 gray health, and given that the average attack does 3 damage to him and you have no real hope to kill before 120...

It felt like you would just do some abusive 30+ move loop to do 50 to 60 damage, put yourself at about 500%, and you hope he doesn't just choose to kill you

Anyone got any tips on how to do the “do 100 damage” quest on the level of the 4th rift where you have big hands next to you and you’re fighting Bugs Bunny and Banana Guard?

Normally this quest would be easy, but it never completes, so I think you yourself have to do the 100 damage and not the giant hands, but everytime I try to do something, the hands deal the most damage

Okay so I got the quest done, anybody who wants to get it done too, just use Marvin the Martian (who’s available to everybody for free right now) and use his up attack (the gun that shoots out stuff) and the hands don’t deal the damage, just repeat until you deal 100 damage

Depends, the best character to get really good with is probably Rick or Morty, and the best character that is easy to play as and OP but doesn’t have a high skill ceiling is Banana Guard or Shaggy

atm i think joker and bugs are pretty strong
it's a fundamental problem for bugs that his melee combos are as good or even better than assassins, despite being a mage because it's so fast and oppressing
kind of same with joker, who to me it seems like the cards, his projectiles are really there in case people are scared to engage and not playing around them like tom and jerry for example, who needs to set up and then engage with their projectiles, same for rick

Otherwise you had to earn gold, but you got it for every match and charcters cost 1500-3000 instead of a base of 3000
