If you play any character other than that one it will not adjust the MMR on the boards

@paper tree from what i can tell, the big differences in feel are mostly based on the speed of movement tools rather than startup, as well as a few other things. dashes are slow, characters are suspended at the peaks of their jumps, you cant land during attacks, etc, and it makes the gameplay much slower and more deliberate than some smash games

i feel like teros himself "his sigs" can all be spammed to keep a really high control on the game, there are even some teros sig spammers in diamond, and brawlhalla is a game where light attack combos have always been the best (like most fighting games), but teros' sigs can sometimes even combo into other sigs of his at certain damages, plus in brawlhalla he has axe which is already really good for chasing down people who arent even on the platform, aswell as the fact that you can use sigs in the air makes him even more ridiculous to play against, his neutral air on axe is spammed the most though because of the fact at low percents it can combo into itself with low frame windows and if you use it offstage it can spike

sure, if you want something that is probably really hard to counter in pro play, look at bayonetta in smash 4

she has a combo that is basically an instant kill no matter how much damage you have, as her side special and up special dont change in knockback (these are the moves that are used mostly in the combo)

if you run out of specials in the air, you can reset it by stringing it with a light attack

which runs you off the top of the map if you use her sidespecial to up special again

so, i'm thinking about armor-breaking moves also being undodgeable moves.

currently, it feels that the game doesn't have a true rps (rock-paper-scissors) set of mechanics, as attack-armor-break doesn't work for all of the characters, as armor is most a thing of tanks and bruisers, leaving most of the cast with armor break attacks that becomes bad against opponents who don't have armor.

to address that, i suggest that armor break moves should also catch people dodging, and now call those attacks "catch attacks". as it could be useful against all kinds of opponents and creates another rps and level of depth, being:
dodging beats attack as it's unvulnerable, catching beats dodge as it ignores unvulnerability, and attacks beats catching, as catches are weaker moves in some way, it being damage or duration or lag or range, etc.

some moves would need to be balanced, but it seems like a nice way to make dodge less spammable and add more risk-reward situation for good reading and reacting.
