Oh also you can reinstall visual c++ redist on windows by using the repair tool. Wont always fix the problem. But sometimes will. Also check for corrupted system files:
In a terminal with admin permission run
sfc /scannow
Followed by:
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:C:\RepairSource\Windows /LimitAccess

Well it entirely depends on your cpu but me myself i jumped from an igpu to the 5060 TI
And the 5060 ti is a great budget card and can run most games smoothly on epic graphics from my expierence
But if you got the money you should go for the 5070 TI IF your sure it wont bottleneck your cpu but it really shouldnt if you have any decent cpu
(Just to clarify im not a pc expert of any sorts so you should really also look into reddit or something for more info… im just kinda using my personal experience)
