I've inserted ion cubes near the eggs and the Arch, but I can't find the fabricator recipe for the hatching enzymes (i watched yt vids so i know i have to go through the portal). There's no active scan option either (as i scanned all - portal, eggs, the hatching station). Cyclops is a bit of a different story, it has a detection radius mechanic

It’s not terrible and can be a boon for helping your prawn in mining operations

A reaper got stuck in the front of the aurora for me and I put my seamoth in and turned around to see a reaper fly into the air with my seamoth

plus it kinda requires upgrades to be useful

Not completely

It’s useful in hauling your PRAWN around even without upgrades, and serves as a nice safe retreat

It has Silent Running natively too

You can haul around pots full of edible plants

I’d say make the Cyclops a main focus, and it will pay for itself if you have the drill arm and PRAWN
