I'm having the issue that 7tv is randomly substituting spaces with a red heart, and now an E with a blue background. How do I get this to stop? In Firefox it was red heart, now I'm using chrome and its the E today, was the heart two days ago, operating system windows 10/11

Each set of paints is available for a certain time period. You keep them forever, but you can only use them while you are subscribed.

The new set of paints just became available recently, and the old ones are no longer obtainable

Previous paints may return at some point, but the devs need to decide how that will work.

A streamer friend of mine is having the exact same problem. I convinced her to use 7tv on youtube but when she tries to verify (after updating description) she still gets that red message with no feedback. We've been trying for over a month and still nothing. it's because it download the file as a webp, if you want a gif you can right click the image of the emote to open it on a new tab and then change the "webp" part by gif and then download it

I was giving just a quick look at the API and Events documentation you have on a github.
I was wondering that

a) I guess I am able to get just enabled / disabled emotes from the Events websockets
b) Would it be possible to add / remove the emotes into the chat with the Events websockets too?

@earnest roost It's still bugged it seems like. I have "ok" normal version but when I wanna add the Xmas version it says "emote already enabled". I go to "use emote" and choose Christmas, it confirms it but still shows the old one. Why is that?

I know 7TV adds emotes basically instantly. Not sure if it works instantly for a entire set change.
