In most cases, if it seems you're under the slot limit but can't add any emotes, it likely means you have zero-width emotes active without an active subscription. If you want to remove them, you can go to the emote list, then under the search area check both "Channel Emotes Only" and "Zero-Width Only"

Basically only when typing in twitch chat sometimes when I press shift at the start of a sentence to do a capital letter the cursor will move to the start of the message, it won't move anymore and when I type it's backwards

the is trusted issue
is actually for multiple things
in this case
the image was likely quite 1. complex or 2. has lots of frames
which caused the api endpoint to timeout.
The image likely completed after this timedout
and you should be able to find it on ur page
in a bit.

SO i made an alternate account and when i type in chat, the messages cant be read by others or the streamer

I've had something similar happen to me once, but I was in my own account and tried to do the alias for someone I was editor, so I wasn't seeing the changes cuz I forgot to change to editor. Maybe try doing a hard refresh with Ctrl + F5 or log out and then back in to see if it lets you edit it.

In some cases the frame-timing of an uploaded animation isn't correct. Im not sure what causes this "bug" but i guess it has something todo with the way 7tv is converting the uploaded gif file. You can see what i mean in this example of my uploaded emote: https://7tv.app/emotes/621652fe0e9f003c89707b56 in comparison to the same emote on bttv https://betterttv.com/emotes/5d9be805d2458468c1f4dbb3 . You can see that on the original file the first few frames were looped and the pepe staays for a longer period before he turns around and moves away. but on my 7tvs upload this first looped frames are skipped and he moves right away.

it converts uploads to WEBP, AVIF, PNG/GIF with better quality and no issues

So I'm having a problem talking in chat where the autocomplete for emotes and tagging people seems bugged 
So If i use " @ " to search someone to ping and after that using ":" to autocomplete emotes wont show me the emotes and will show above the name of the person im pinging.
If I start a message using ":" to autocomplete a emote, using "@" to autofind a person name wont show up any name.
Tried reloading, removing 7TV extension and readding the extension and same stuff.

Hello. Not sure if this is seen as an issue or not, but the interaction of a normal sized emote (eg 128x 128) and then a 0 width one that is wider (eg 384x128) makes the 0 width overlap the preceding text... in particular when posted alone overlapping the "username: " text looks pretty ugly. Perhaps this can be changed so the 0 width's left side is adjusted the required pixels to the right to not overlap, and then the other emotes along with it? Maybe that's too hard to figure out, but just figured I'd bring it up since it looks messy. 🙂

If your in the 7tv emote selector hovering over an emote and you get enough channel points the popup that says you can do that closes the emote selector but the gui for hovering over an emote is now stuck on your screen, reloading the page fixes it but it's kinda annoying.

I think this same bug is present with just FFZ too. I remember coming across it before even using 7tv

it's because of how browsers work
contact with the mouse cursor is broken once the window loses focus
scripts stop being able to receive updates about where the mouse is, so typically this translates in things like tooltips remaining put in place
there are various ways to mitigate this but it's typically not worth the time and the extra checks

Well you can't send identical messages, they must differ. so an invisible character is the best way to allow it.

7tv doesnt load on youtube very often, tried 2 different computers, 2 different browsers, if i go to a past vod then go to a live stream i can get theatre mode to pop up but still 7tv doesnt work in the chat. it is a false positive, what they are referring to is the Event API, the service that provides you with updates about what emotes get added/removed in a channel. It's fully open sourced and the code is available here https://github.com/SevenTV/EventAPI
I've already submitted a false positive notice to that antivirus, but it seems like they don't care. Recommend uninstalling their extension as it's obvious junk

Ever since the recent emote uploading problem got fixed, every emote I've uploaded looks blurry in this specific preview in any chrome-based browser no matter how high quality they're or what width they're. But for some reason, Firefox can render them perfectly. Both browsers can render the emotes clearly in other previews such as the 1x, 2x, 3x, and 4x ones. Any idea as to why?

Anyone know a solution for this? I wanna uninstall BTTV so I can see timeouts and bans, but I got some personal emotes on BTTV and although FFZ shows them, it doesn't autocomplete them... Anyone know how I can still autocomplete them without having BTTV?

Do you have 7TV and BTTV installed ? As most streamers have emotes enabled on the 3 emote menus (FFZ comes with BTTV)

If you are still facing the problem
it is recommended to uninstall BTTV as both extension have clashes
you can still enable BTTV addon through FFZ, which may resolves the problem
