Usually the threat of an assassin discourages the usual strategy of claiming openly. Which usually means a limited claimspace is not a big issue.
The only role that is really expected to open claim is Gravy due to their immunity to assassin, and that role is very easy to fake.
So if anyone open claims early, either they are faking to bait the assassin to commit suicide, or found something important enough to risk dying over.

I played for the first time tonight and had fun in my first 3 lobbies until I encountered a group of 'men' who were calling people the n word. then left me in tears bullying me telling me that I was on my period, to get back in the kitchen, make them a sandwich, laughing at me and ganging up on me. i couldn't find any way to report them. not sure if I'll be playing again

That's happening with me too! Hopefully it's a known glitch and they're working on a fix because it's pretty unplayable with these debuffs

I found a temporary fix for this debuff though, chocolate and gaming get rid of the effect but only for a unknown period of time

I've seen that there is a mini game included called Goose Goose Duck. Apparently this has been known to help with the depression status effect.

I have a question about the mobile version: my friend said he went to the play store to try and download it, but it wasn't there. I am able to download it on my Samsung s20 5g (I think that's the full name), but he has something called a Moto e6, which I've never heard of. Any idea if it has to do with the device he has?

e6 only has 2gb ram which is not enough to run GGD is a stable way, they can still use pc to join you on mobile as an option

Snapdragon 435 on the Moto e6 also doesn't have the base gpu accelerators/shader support to run the game unfortunately 😦
