Yeah. The sabotages can't be directly controlled... so take the mummy or bus for instance... likely a duck calls a sabotage and you're in the wrong place at the wrong time.

I do know it is difficult and people managed to fluke their way into achieving it, so many guides will not be the actual steps. These were never truly figured out. There is a lot of theories though.

As soon as it's ready! The gaggle team develop quickly, and we release patches fairly often. We don't often give out firm dates because it's either going to be a lie if we're wrong, or it'll be a rushed product that might sacrifice quality for speed. This could translate into releasing something without sufficient testing and creating lots of bugs for the game.

If you find none of that explanation sufficient, as Herbert always says, today we are one day closer than yesterday.

Oddly it still doesn't work for me.
(And yes Engineer Goose I submitted a bug report - I updated them about it still being a bug a week ago and have gotten no response, so I've done my part lol)
I no longer get "security violation" thankfully when it breaks, but when I try to enter a QuickPlay match, it glitches out, turns my goose red, and prevents me from properly entering any public match until I restart the game.
It's weird.

And I've seen it work for other people so no idea what's wrong with mine.
Then again I play the website version maybe it's that
