That works too, you can also position yourself so that you will see what color someone is when they leave. That's how I caught a pelican. 2 unknowns in a room with 1 exit, only the red player leaves

Astral can be harder to use than birdwatcher, I find. But when it works it really works.

Kind of like how difficult mortician can be to use, but when you find out something like that dodo is dead, that is extremely useful info.

If you do a task after death, as a neutral, or as a duck, does it count toward this achievement or does it ONLY count if you're 1) A goose and 2) are alive

The one thing I can confirm is that achievements don't update until after the round is fully complete, and you see the egg crack. I have NO idea if fake tasks count, as I'm a Task Cheetah already.

You are correct, achievements do not update the moment you complete a task. In order to gain achievement progress, you have to successfully complete a game. Fake tasks are included

But keep in mind that most maps have the vulture, and the best ways to make the Kamikaze is to make the kamikazes body only be eatable to not make it easy for the vulture. Overall it is interesting how it would work if it comes to the game.

As soon as it's ready! The gaggle team develop quickly, and we release patches fairly often. We don't often give out firm dates because it's either going to be a lie if we're wrong, or it'll be a rushed product that might sacrifice quality for speed. This could translate into releasing something without sufficient testing and creating lots of bugs for the game.
