I had a lucky round. There were 3 birds: a goose, a duck and me as a dodo. The duck started a sabotage and when I went to fix it, I noticed that the duck was camping it. I was thinking it's over, but then the duck decided to fix the sabotage to not look suspicious. After that I went to call the meeting, but the goose was already there and it called the meeting and started accusing me. The reason why I was accused is still unknown to me, but I was voted out.

As soon as it's ready! The gaggle team develop quickly, and we release patches fairly often. We don't often give out firm dates because it's either going to be a lie if we're wrong, or it'll be a rushed product that might sacrifice quality for speed. This could translate into releasing something without sufficient testing and creating lots of bugs for the game.

So the conditions that I'm aware of that can carry over into the lobby are
Invisibility Duck invisible when round ends - Will be zoomy in lobby
Someone partied during a meeting that ends the game - Will be partied in the lobby

6 is the limit for the Valentine's Day machine. The others are only limited by supply and the tokens you can acquire. If you want more than 6 Valentine pulls, you can buy more in Gaggle's shop.

The problem with this is we don't get to choose what machine gives us. Also we didn't get in-game announcement of the total limit without buying heart packs. Kinda unfair.
