I was looking for another home after TF2 went the way it did, but boi was the Overwatch bad.
played during closed beta and it was the best the game got.

I came from a funny little game called Dirty Bomb, looking for something that had more soul and character, I had played a bit of TF2 but it wasn’t really my style

I just didn't like how hard it felt to actually finish someone off in the game. All the characters felt so weak, so I only ended up playing roadhog for a bit before I stopped.

Overwatch is missing "I can become one man army" element. The only way you can get close to something like this feeling is playing Genji which is probably still OP and can blink around
Overwatch has issues with hitboxes, bad map designs, devs can't decide what they want, they don't know how to balance they game (you can track how many reworks Symmetra had...).
Skills tend to bug out when used together, Certain characters are not being played at all

I don't know how to describe it, but they took what was "good" about TF2 and butchered it. For example in TF2 you have a class named Demoman, he uses Grenade Launcher as his primary weapon and most maps are built in a way that you can actually bounce these grenades of the walls and hit coming players.

Then in Overwatch you have Junkrat, he too has grenade launcher but the trajectory of projectiles is pre-set and most maps tend to rather force you into spamming your nades into open spaces.

I recommend picking up hobbies to keep yourself busy! Work is good for the soul. Well, work that you enjoy anyways. For me it's drawing, exercise, and self study. Improving yourself improves the mind, and improving the mind gives you a better outlook not only on relationships, but also life in general

And music composing is seriously hard, but it's enjoyable too! I was great at sight reading alto sax sheets, to where it was my first fluent language besides English lol. I can do the same for Piano, but not for the bass part of it

Haha, piano sight reading was so hard for me, that while I could do it, I ended up doing my recitals completely off of memory and muscle memory without looking at the sheet even once haha

Completely the opposite for sax tho. I relied on what it said and how the sheet says I neeeded to do it. But I loved it. I was selected to do jazz solos all the time, and while I was supposed to do it in like b flat styling, I just went crazy and did what sounded good to me in general lol

muscle memory can backfire pretty badly though. Once you start having 40 min to an hour recitals you must know exactly what and how you're playing
