There's some pretty good online walkthroughs for most monitors tbh

If you look up your monitor and calibration settings you'll probably find someone that's found some solid settings for it. That being said however, no two monitors are the same so the calibration will vary slightly from person to person

There's a thing called a ChillPal towel that's saved my life more than once. Basically a hyper-absorbent towel that feels like a fresh crepe when wetted (feels better than it sounds, trust me). It very slowly evaporates the water inside while wicking heat away from your neck/back/wherever you put it. They also have headbands and similar. Perfect for doing outdoor or long-haul retail in a hot shop. Also useful when your floor does not have AC. 😩
