actually that makes sense. i think nel was the one using a steam controller to play, so if it was point and click for gathering, that wouldnt really be that good

so more than likely its an interaction button like E or whatever itll be on controller in the future

for example, melee in No Man's Sky changes the size of your Terrain Manipulator ball when using controller, as they are the same button. 🙃

FFXIV has 32 mappable actions at one time to controller which is plenty to play any job. I do savage raiding on a controller on my PC. It works fine.
