I am split on cosmetics shop tbh. I am mostly for the idea this is generally the method of spending I support for F2P games, but I'm not sure how it would feel in a social game. Wouldn't that feel a little like buying the best gear in a game that has combat?

I'd rather see a system where you can level all skills, but maybe only max out 2 or 3. You should be able to get all of them high enough to be fully self sufficient if you so choose, but to get the absolute best out of all the skills would require some bit of social interaction (or at the very least leveling alts).

I had a pit in my cow farm. They wouldn't go over the edge themselves, but once I bred enough of them they inevitably spill over. The bottom of the pit was rigged with flowing water and cacti to kill the cows and deliver their meat to a chest.

Sadly I doubt we will see any terraforming generally this graphic style can't handle such things yet. I imagine it will be possible one day in the future, Unreal Engine 5 seems to be getting us closer to such dreams.

They might be. Say you have your plot of land and you join a neighborhood, maybe your plot clicks into place on a neighborhood 'grid' that you have some say over. Each home would bring you inside the individual home's instance, but outside you could run past your friend's homes.
