no pet counts towards the slots. think of it more like... a pocket for your pet? and there are two pockets available to add to any pet. one from the founder's pack, and one from the questline.

if you want the questline bag, yes! if you just got the founder's pack you'd only have 4 slots, if you did the questline only you'd have 4 slots, and if you did BOTH, you get 8. and yeah, the questline is currently set after the MSQ quests. (i promise i am still looking into finding ways to make air temple easier for folks, i just had to focus on getting chapter 1 out first )

i have a whole design doc of things i want to improve with fire and air temples specifically, including trying to incorporate the skip functionality we added to prologue part 2, and dropping the amt of eggs we ask for, and all sorts of things to get around the platforming requirements. there is a questline being released someone soon as well that represents how we want to do temple-style quests going forward (and it ISNT locked behind msq!). it's full of puzzles but no platforming required.

yeah part of the philosophy with puzzles is that you should be able to look up the solution online if you're stuck. we so far haven't decided any puzzles that have truly randomized answers. it's an interesting thought to add hint functionality IN game, but for now at least everything should be set solutions.

The one remaining question I would have regarding VFX toggle is if the "self only" setting would be clientside-only too, or serverside
Clientside being "I don't see my own effects but others do" and serverside being "I turned self vfx off so now my character displays as effect-less for everyone including myself "

so VFX is like sparkles, shadows, smoke, flashes but not floating objects, the flash/splash of color, or swirling clothes? huh pretty sure the accessibility ask is to still all of that since it all interferes with ambient lighting and the periphery of things like hot pot

Yeah I'd hope that ideally we'd eventually get both since the VFX is an accessibility concern and the ability to disable effects outright would help a lot of people, and that should come first-
but it's also true that many outfits lack individual toggles for things that should honestly have them, and I hope that more effect-like things attached to outfits should get toggles in the wardrobe eventually too because I refuse to buy anything with forced effects as a matter of taste lol

I tried infinity nikki after the update and I am almost totally lost on how anything works in game.
Apparently they retconned the main story and in the process removed most of the tutorials on top of making the monetization and gacha elements more aggressive while adding a seemingly core mechanic that is incredibly tedious - all that caused boycotts and quitting along with lots of negative posts which ran into the streisand effect with the CMs or mods removed any mentions of the issues

I'd love new renown awards, but the game itself is cozy and relaxing enough to me that I didn't mind being capped as long as I was, and now, when I eventually cap again I just know that whatever they release next at least I'll have enough for it. I'd love to see practical uses for renown like buying extra plot or houses/rooms for renown instead of coin, it gives us additional options and is a possible renown sink at least. Renown plush shop maybe? Simple implementation would be nice but I am not pressed about it either

Anytime I try going to kilima my game crashes, anytime I try to do any of the quests beginning with the gardener one, I crash. When I do get to bahari it is so hard to do anything switch tools, aim and shoot my bow, repair tools, I can't participate in groves otherwise I crash if there is a bug lure on the side of the map I'm on I crash. The only time I can play like I use to in the beginning is when I'm the only one in the server. That's just some of the things.

I and a lot of my friends send feedback to them like a 40 page long essey with improvment bug fixes gamplay etc. I and a lot of friends dont feel heard from the devs. A lot of ppl and more storage did we get one NO, old twitch drops in the zeki capsule did we got it NO, decor limit bug fix NO, Renown rework or things we can do with it NO.

Its not a bug, the storage limit is just preventing a good gameplay. The fact that they did NOT increase the storage limit or bring in "Palium Chests" for like 20.000 Storage is a (sorry to phrase it like that) damn joke. I would even love to see blueprints added for decostuff we got whats the point of getting an other starred Sernukantler if it would drop one time the achievment and I can only use it on one plot. We got many stuff to farm but mostly for money, specially for me at the moment with the decorlimit bug. I think he does't call the chest limit a bug. Its about how they dealing with the community. I am playing nikki as well and every season I can participate and answer questions. Some have ready-made answers like from a skale of 1 to 10 how would you rate the costume. But there are questions about the conent, story and bugs too. They want to know what bug disturb your gamplay the most. What ingame content do you miss the most. You even have the opportunity to write a your own likes, dislikes and wishes as an essey at the end of this opinion poll.

I'm further more really missing the announced "we do better in communicating with you guys" from S6. Been radiosilent for months, then brought up an excuse in form of "we will do better" and nothing changed quite frankly.

They were given during the holidays just for "fun" to toss at others, like snowball fights.

But in case you don't know what ppl refer to in regards to "snowballs" in this instance, they had a visual bug/issue where it would make the entire screen light up and be a huge flash. It gave people headaches, or worse. It took a very long time for that to get fixed (a year+, and only because we got very vocal in the discord).

The snowballs have since been fixed, thankfully. It's just particles.

But there are other flashing/particles in the game currently. Fireworks, red strobing effect while hoeing/tilling the ground, there's also a white flash that appears during loading screens (which they said will be fixed in 0.192), etc.

Dev also mentioend theyre going to be trying to add a toggle to turn off outfit/cosmetics visuals, too, so hopefully that'll help.

Have also been trying to get them to add a photosensitivity warning on loadup.

The Tailor building also contains a Wardrobe for changing clothes, hair, and makeup.

The large mirror in the center of the main room allows the Player to change appearance, including body shape. The cooldown for the mirror resets at 4:00 AM UTC on Monday every week.

any achievements y'all are going to work on? i need to finish bahari chests + luna new year cooking... the master bugs + makeshift achievements are going to haunt me

I had to go to a hunting party of 3 hours to get my first RTB, we captured 48 rtbs to get 1 plushie

Bug plush are easier to get w party and on lures, except beetle since thats random rock spawn; and ladybug, random forage spawn
