but for sure there's so many streamers now that it's hard to find one that you enjoy listening to, when a majority of them are still trying to find their streaming style (which can lean towards obnoxious a lot)

its a giveaway, streamers are given codes to give away on their streams

so you have to watch a streamer that is actively giving away codes during their stream, if you win their giveaway the streamer will message you with the code to redeem on the palia website under your account

So earlier today was with my friend in Palia, we had just figured out by the off chance that we can connect from different sides of the world, I live in the UK, he lives in Canada, so we been testing out a few things, and seeing how the multiplayer system works, and I had a couple ideas that could improve the multiplayer systems, and also some other ideas aswell.

So multiplayer ideas.

1. when your in a party with other players, I think having an option to fast travel to your friend from the map would be a great addition. (Even if it works like the return home) and is on a timer.

2. having the option for your friends to be able to build and add things to your home, with your permission. As currently they are only able to tend to your plants, and help cook food, and access their storage on your plot.

Additional ideas:

1. so maybe their could be a marriage system, where people could get married in game, and get exclusive rewards, which in turn, gives you an option to have that person your married to do literally anything on your plot, with an option on the permissions screen.

Let me know your thoughts on these ideas 💡

I just read the patch note for Spring Fever…. I was curious if the developers had mentioned anything about upgrading our limit of 30 for allow buildings? I really hate to have to start nick picking what rooms that I am going to have to destroy to make room for the 2nd story and anything else that may be consider part of our “building” number. One thing that could help, if small hallways and gazebos didn’t count as part of the building. I can’t remember, but if fireplaces are still considered part of the building count - that should be remove from the “building” list.

Might have to do what DDLV did and have restrictions on the switch version, that you can enable but at the cost of performance. (Which would be what would happen anyway if it was enabled by default)

it helps a lot to upgrade your rod (increase rod health), use hooks, and eat fisherman brew/fish stew/sashimi (all three if you can, the buffs stack since they do different things)

I have carpel tunnel myself so I use a controller, helps a lot since its easier on my hands

And if you don't cast out long but near to you, the fish are slower

Yes, moon phases are a thing but it doesn’t affect gameplay, only the astrology linked to the starstones and everything. And there’s only 2 moons, I believe they share the same phases

theyre not being truthful about the game being in beta in the first place, that was their first mistake. the second mistake is saying the game is in beta in-game, but NOWHERE else at all.

the release is going to go well in getting peoples eyes on it, but the game will absolutely get bodied with negative reviews that will be deserved. espeically for the horrific lack of accessability and even taking it into account + not taking it seriously at all and continuously silencing their disabled customers

s6 needs to get humbled and the steam reviews will either do that, or show how much they really do not care

i think palia will get negative reviews since all their cosmetics are locked behind a paywall with no sort of f2p alternatives. (and no, the stuff we get for free can only go so far for so long.) plenty of games have p2p and f2p cosmetics co-existing with no issues what so ever.

one is the dialogue one which you are missing. The second is an achievement reward for gifting him all the special pebbles (this achievement is currently bugged so don't give him any)

I personally don't recommend giving him any pebbles so you can keep track of what you've given him, since there's no ingame method to track that

Yeah, I wasn't really discussing if it was in 1.0 though or not. I just know it used to say beta on their site, and they have it mentioned via the Palia Bot in the discord then (and still do), and also on their launcher on PC. This is also why I, and I'm sure others, say the game is "in beta". At least, this is why I did.

I just struggle to do so now, since it seems to be wiped clean from their site (from what i can tell? except for old posts), and the store fronts of Palia that it's in Beta. Which is why I feel like there's a confusion. And why I feel so weird about how it's being "labeled" on stuff. It doesn't feel like they're being upfront, which is why I struggle.

Did it mention getting the seed via picking the flower or catching the bug that comes out of the flower ? I was under the assumption that you had to pick it to get a rng chance as a seed.

"Insects will have a chance to drop flower seeds, which you can then plant on your housing plot." seems to be all it says on the matter. So, from my understanding, it'd be any bug/insect?

If so, delete cookies for *.palia.com and *.singularity6.com. That should generally solve the issue
