Someone else was reporting issues with the compass potentially not showing iron. Since it's meant to find only large nodes of Iron, it could be that minimal or no large nodes are spawned in your area.
A good test would be to naturally come upon a large iron node, spring a compass, and see if the compass detects it. If it doesn't, you know you have a bug.

No, those quests aren't new, the reward for Auni Level 3 doesn't appear to have changed based on the wiki notes/log. Your old account probably received the same reward. Sometimes, taking the item out of the server and coming back to the home plot can trigger the accomplishment. Perhaps you can try that on your old account?
Additionally, the jewelwing may be able to be lured due to the updates on the honey lure in Aug 2025.
Based on my experiences, support is not going to be able to apply another account's achievements to second account. You can try to submit a support ticket from your old/main account and ask them to verify if you received the correct reward for the level 3 Friendship quest. From my understanding, they should be able to check this, but I can't guarantee that.

That's true, it could be possible that you donated it to the bundle back then. I am not sure if support would award another, but it never hurts to ask. The worst they can tell you is no. And if that's the case, I would suggest trying to honey lure them or checking groves for a starred spawn.

Oh! So every Palian Midnight, a grove spawns in Bahari. There is a chance that a starred jewelwing dragonfly will spawn as the epic catch for the grove. I have found them mostly when the grove happens in flooded fortress, but they could technically be at any grove spawn.
So, you do have to be quick and be one of the first people at the grove to see what the epic spawn is

Emerald moss is in Kilima along the coast and looks like glowing tuft of grass. Have pics if you want them.
Dragons Beard moss look the same but more of teal color and they're typically near the lighthouse on the sand cliffs.

I believe also, if you recently pet the animal, it may not gain more happiness until it's timer "recently soothed" resets. If you did not have that timer on your animal, It could be a bug, as well -- but do check with ranching, in case there's something they may know. Otherwise, it could be good to send in a bug report ~

They can provide further advice on potential missing items. they may ask you to check all plots for misplaced seeds/items, and to move the items away from trees and try to water them again.

Yes, exactly! That way they don't ask you to check if they need anotehr watering cycle, and you can eliminate some of the back-n-forth by giving them all the info up front

On your plot, open your housing menu. On PC you click H, on switch and PS5 i believe you click in your left joycon.

You enter a trade booth with 1 other person, and, you both put something into the trade (you agree upon it before hand/etc), and then you will hit the trade button when both of you are satisfied with the items in the trade.

Nothing. It’s only flirting works on her. Even worse is that she’ll take chocolates and heartdrops as “evidence,” but they don’t move the meter.

Subira’s romance was added after her introduction to the game, like Hodari’s. I think it’s intentional given the prohibition the Order places on romantic relationships concerning its members. Kind of like the Jedi.

Otherwise, the infected plants, fishes, animals, bugs will require you to complete a series of main story quests.

Okay! You'll need to upgrade to fine to get palium. Stone you can collect now, and probably Whitestone as well. You can cut down small ancient trees now, I think, but upgrading to fine axe would let you get larger trees on your own.

So the makeshift tent is known to do this when you pick it up while it is full. Resync your systems date and time, while Palia is closed, and the items will be at the front of your plot. You may need to do this a few times depending on how many items are missing.

Okay that's good, the adornment looks like this in game. Have you placed it on any of your plots perhaps?
If you are sure you can't locate it in your storage chests, or on any of your plots, you can submit a player support ticket. I would suggest sending a screenshot that shows you completed the Pebbled Plunder achievement, and, take a screenshot of your storage chest by searching for the item in the search bar to show that it is not in your storage.
Player support potentially will be able to help you along.

Hi i’ve been trying to do True Treasure for a couple days and its pretty broken lol. After every stop so far, I’ll talk to the boys and the quest will trigger to go to the next spot, but then the next statue doesn’t speak to me. And then i kind of have to wander around trying to find the boys because they don’t show anywhere on the map. The first time i found them it triggered the quest, but at this point ive talked to them like 4 extra times and the quest still won’t progress no matter how many times i go back to the previous statue and back to the boys, then to the next statue. And ive tried closing the game and launching again but to no avail. Any advice or just wait for a patch?

Depending on how many it has requested, once you put that crafted brick(s) into your backpack inventory, you should be able to return to the daily screen and press the tickets again to claim.
So when the bricks are in your backpack, they daily screen is still showing up as "0/x Bricks"?

hm its interesting, i rerolled and got another to make makeshift furniture, after relogging, and easily made that, and its in my inventory but still nothing, the first quest completed easily (was just fishing), but this second quest is just not wanting to work haha

Okay great! I'm glad relogging helped. Sometimes, inventory items you already have will not count towards the daily. They really want us to craft/collect new items for those dailies

I am wondering if you can switch to an empty plot you have, and try to unlock the writs that way. I am thinking, maybe, that since you have some existing items/buildings closed to the locked areas, it may be acting funky.
You can switch plots by hitting that drop down menu where it says "default slot" and selecting a different plot

Okay got it! I think the square should be highlighting yellow when you go to select it, I am not familiar with what button you could press to highlight/interact with the square though on the controller, sorry!
One thing to try, is to close Palia and your platform completely, and then resync your PC's date and time. If you need steps for that, let me know! This may or may not help, but it's worth a shot to try.

FOr unsellable items, you may be able to delete them by (on PC) right clicking and then the trash/delete option. I believe you can also drag the item to the trash can icon in the lower left corner.
Dimness -- this is a common mention about the game. No real suggestions other than using a lot of light -- the capitol light gives off quite a bit.

A shepp is meant to be like a mentor, but at the moment it doesn't really mean much. Some people just go with whoever they get to level 4 friendship first and others are more selective - its a quest that doesn't really hold anything else up so your choice.
What to keep / sell is probably a personal choice - common things are generally easily replaceable though. You can have 8 storage chests on your plot and you can upgrade them buy buying recipes from the furniture store.

They can only be found in caves, so there's not many places to fish them. The Underground, Temple of the Waves, or Pavel Mines. Make sure you're fishing with glow worms.

another thing is, you won't get the exp if you don't actually catch the fish, so generally it's much better to catch everything and just sell the ones you don't need for cooking/quests/collectibles

well, yes and no, yes in the sense that you can use your plot as storage for your star quality items since you can place them down as decor, the only thing you have to worry is the decor limit, and no in the sense that you cannot make more storage space, 8 is the global chest limit
just to clarify, 8 is the max you can make per plot, but after 8 chests your storage wont increase

I think you have to edit your glider from the wardrobe, like when you're changing outfits. Should be available there! It won't appear in your regular bag.

They are blue lumps on the trunks. If you spook them and they fly, you only have a few seconds before they escape. Moving slowly will prevent spooking them.

i was only able to activate the main flow gate and it takes a village one with elouisa the one for caleri i think wont activate. i couldnt find anymore eggs either which im sure has something to do with it. i found 13 but the thing only needs 10 for the quest, however it allowed me to add all 13 so now if i needed the extras for anything i dont have them anymore i cantacted support because this doesnt feel just like ive missed something as ive had a few glitches and bugs the past week that ive played that ive taken note of

To confirm, you are going to the location listed in the picture for the Caleri gate? Sometimes, you have to stand on top of it and look directly down for the interact key to come up, or, be slightly off center.
Since you already have a support ticket, you should be fine on that front if they need to help you. I don't think the eggs are consequential here, as there are extras available (i still have mine in my quest bag from back in the day).

it seems theres a nest outside the ruins with a door behind it that may be a place for an egg as its lit up like the nests in the inital puzzle room so im assuming at least one extra egg is for that.

No worries at all! I see what you're saying now, so you do have the Main Island Gate activated, but your Gales quest is telling you that it still needs to be done; hopefully player support can assist you, especially since you said you have been having game crashing, it's not out of the ballpark that your quest has gone a little wonky. it has happened before to others when they crash during a quest.

That's a great idea to send them everything you've collected so far. It's not impossible that's what's happening for you, there have been crash reports for this quest series on and off through out the year.

The issue that I'm having is that it's not exactly showing what I need in the game to complete the quest. I looked on the wiki to see and it's completely different than what it says in the game. Eventually during the quest you can bring up convo about other quests I believe for True treasure it happens after the second statue. Make sure you have your spyglass equipped and when you get to the statues Auni and Naio will be found a bit aways from the statue after you interact with it.

It is currently bugged! If you are in a party leaving it will sometimes make it work or leaving map waiting a bit then coming back has also worked. Amd for a few they've had to close game and reopen for it to work

For various recipes you'll need 2 of a station so always good to have 2 of each station. But you shoukd only need 1 of the mentioned stations for the blueberry pie

usually this channel isnt for palia party help lol, but yes, setting the amount to 100 means you're doing 100 rounds of sashimi at your party. you would need 100 fish, and everyone would bring 100 rice. plus the starter with 100 spice sprouts

We do not have a VFX Toggle at this moment in time, but, you can always send in feedback and ask for it.
Also, for In Darkness outfit, the animation/effect only comes up when you idle. It won't be present all the time.

1 fertilizer is taken a growth cycle! so if you have only planted 1 fertilizer on a crop, itll ''take'' the fertilizer after a growth cycle
if you mean it disappears from your chest, your worm farm or inventory etc then yes it could be something reportable

yeah, my understanding is the auto reply sort of logs it as less important? So it may take a bit longer for them to get too, responding to the automated response gets you seen quicker!

nope, it's just a seperate type of house. It doesn't work with any of the harvest home attachments though.

Sometimes others will host bug catching parties for rare bugs like rainbow tipped butterflies and those are a great way to level up. Also looking up what bugs drop silk and figuring out what they look like in game can help you notice them sooner so you catch them even if you are doing something else

When building is there a way to connect the alchemist houses? I wanted to combine stuff and i tried attaching alchemist houses together, tried using hallways, and tried attaching a courtyard to them. It either wouldnt let me do it at all (when using hallways or the courtyard) or attached them with no way to walk through (ex attaching the two alchemist houses together)

hallways and courtyard can't be connected to the alchemist houses because it's a separate housing line. it's not compatible with the harvest house, harvest house rooms or add-ons.
you should be able to connect alchemist base rooms to each other though. have you tried selecting the placed room in the housing menu and then changing the wall between the two rooms, in the same way you can change doors/windows with the original harvest house rooms?

The easiest way is with a builders floor as the anchor instead of a paver if you know how to use the float method. It will take some trial and error to get it how you want though as the builders floor is harder to hide than a paver. The easiest is to have the cauldron float far away from the builders floor so the floor ends up outside your pavilion and you can just hide it with flowers. Alternatively you can float the cauldron on the floor and then sink the floor with a paver so you only have this to hide

Palia does use AWS, but lag and connection issues are usually Palia server problems. You can restart your modem/router, to fix any problems in your end.

Additionally, the cauldron has a grid on top, so you can place a small item there and group select from it to be able to place the cauldron wherever that item is placeable

The "guide" versions comes if you did not select hunting as the first skill to learn in EW. If you selected hunting as the first skill, you get the version Kaf sent you. If you selected as the second or later, you get the version I sent you. I edited the wiki pages to have notes at the top to indicate this as well, to hopefully help lessen the confusing nature of this quest
