How do I get Leather, Fabric, and Silk?

Make sure you have the Fabric Loom - Recipe can be purchased from the Furniture Guild Shop. Once you've reached Furniture Making level 2, talk to Tish and access the Guild Shop for the recipe!

Leather is made from 1x Sernuk Hide - Recipe unlocked at Furniture Making Level 2 for 100 Gold.
Fabric is made from 2x Cotton - Recipe unlocked at Furniture Making Level 2 for 50 Gold.
Silk is made from 5x Silk Thread - Recipe unlocked at Furniture Making Level 6 for 1,500 Gold.

Or you can even buy the leather/fabric/silk directly from Tish's store! (Look for the cash register)

I did get some star quality emerald scale but they don't seem to count. Can anyone help me figure out how to get the scale I need to finish the quest? TY

If you just started farming, you have to follow the quests badruu gives, as you proceed through you will get items that will aid you in farming. Just always keep your focus meter full to get the max exp

My friend on console Xbox to be exact just got Palia. She got the tutorial quest to get the workbench. Talked to dude and the quest updated to place the workbench but it didn't go in to her inventory. She has restarted the game, talked to the dude again, and nothing. What should she do?

The pet has been malfunctioning, some remedies others have done is unequipping/re-equipping, changing maps, returning to plot, or reloading game. Submitting a ticket with screenshots is helpful. However it is now a known issue

Have your friend try to empty everything into the shipping bin and clicking on the workbench while the shipping bin is open. It should force the workbench into their inventory

logging off and back on seems to work for most ppl (i went to bed ngl whn i got stuck) so if it’s not right away exit game entirely wait maybe 10 mins then see if you can teleport back to your plot or if it sent you to a stable

I see she already has her home built. If it is unable to come out of her shipping bin or storage box, she may have to go to the blacksmith, located next to the inn. At the register she can buy another one. Have her try that with an empty inventory. She will need 200g for it

on steam and consoles it's one palia account per user account, you can't unlink without contacting support. if you want 2 accounts on the same console you'll need to make another playstation account and switch between them

you’d report the player ingame, depending on your system you can select their name in chat (i think) and report, or find them in the sever list jn the social menu and do that there

if their icons aren't on your map in kilima, try going to bahari. there are a few characters who mostly or exclusively spend time there. you can also look up the character's schedule on the wiki https://palia.wiki.gg/

the thing is, some characters' schedules have been thrown off by the elderwood update and may spend time there instead. as a new player you can visit elderwood, but it's mostly intended to be a late game area.

there are currently three maps - kilima, bahari, the elderwood. you're currently in bahari. most NPCs are found in kilima. you can either go through the gates at the edges of the map which will take you to other areas, or you can look for the stable signs scattered around each map which are marked with a horseshoe icon, they allow you to fast travel between areas including back to your home plot.

in bahari:

• gate to kilima is at B8
• gate to your home plot is at B3
• gate to the elderwood is at B2

you can also just open your map and use the Return to Housing Plot button, but this has a 30min cooldown

yeah, that's the thing that uzr69 was saying. a 1-slot crop needs to touch a booster on one side, a 2x2 slot crop needs to touch a boost on 2 slot-sides, and a 3x3 slot crop needs to touch the same boost on 3 slot-sides.

3-6am in Bahari bay around Pulsewater plains for RTB. Kill all the blue butterflies you see because it increases the chances for RTB to spawn. They only spawn in that time window from what I've heard but never tested it myself

If you have made one but not gotten the accomplishment, then I definitely recommend sending a report to support (http://support.palia.com/) because I'm not sure how common this issue is.

I know there was someone who had a similar bug issue prior to the 0.191 / Elderwood update where they needed starred sushi. We cooked 3 or 4 starred sushi but still ended up not showing up. I hope you are able to make a starred sashimi and complete the achievement 🩷

Are you talking about Secret Depths? There's more. You should have gotten Vault of the Roots to allow you to access the Vault of the Roots bundles. Then there's another quest line starting with Strange Things Afoot, but I think you have to have met Subira. After that, then the Elderwood quests will be available.

Okay I got a fix for you! Place your plushies down on your plot, make sure your first line of inventory is Empty. After that open the overhead plot view, and you should see the workbench on the left. Place it down from that view.

Hi! I need help with a critical bug during the "Welcome to Palia" quest.

While breaking the rocks as the quest instructed, my inventory was full, so I sold items using the nearby shipping bin. The game froze after clicking the "exit" button, and I had to force close the game.

When I came back, the rocks were gone and I had picked up the items, but the quest didn’t register any progress. Now I’m stuck in the starting area and can't move forward in the game.

I’ve already tried:

• Relogging
• Waiting for rocks to respawn
• Freeing up inventory space
• Reinstalling the game
• Sending 3 support tickets over the past days (no reply)

I can’t create a new character either without account deletion, which feels really unfair for a bug not caused by me. Please, is there anything that can be done?

to upgrade you purchase the reciepe from the related skill person, so if axe it’s ashura. then you go craft it at your workbench.

you need the previous tool to upgrade, so if you only had a standard axe and tried to upgrade to palium you couldn’t because you didn’t have a fine axe

The relic's are in their own "space" as far as storage when not in use. If you go into your inventory, you click on the relic slot in your inventory and it will allow you to select an available relic from there. You can do this in the central stables area in Elderwood

Yes they can, but unless you have the buff from the Bag of Illusion III or higher, you cannot fish the infested pools without the elderwood hook specifically.
