They could make a bobbler that can last for 5 minutes or something (craftable) to up your chances of getting the fish you want. And yes, they are the starred fish. It's just getting a bit too grindy. There should be something to increase your chance of getting the fish.

How does focus work with multicrafting? If i wanted to craft like 20 rare items, it would obvs use up all my focus, but would the focus apply to all 20 items, or just however many it would take to empty the focus bar?

When your focus bar is empty you don't get any more experience for crafting it doesn't really apply to the individual item

Focus is spent when you perform a skill-boosting action and it amplifies the skill boost

The better approach would probably be to note how much focus one item uses, then craft in smaller batches, topping up focus as you go
This way you get the maximum skill boost

I’ve been trying to find answers on this but haven’t found any in the servers or the subreddit by searching, so I wanted to know: in a hunting party, is everyone supposed to get the same loot from slaying the same creature? I always assumed it was randomized for everyone so two people may not get identical loot from the same creature, but now I’m not sure. Yesterday I hunted a proudhorn with someone and they were shocked that I didn’t get a plushie from the loot despite the fact they did. (I haven’t received a plushie at all yet despite slaying literally hundreds of each type of sernuk, based on the meat I’ve been hoarding alone lol, but I understand the drop rate is rare). I just wanted to make sure that I am correct that loot will be different for everyone and that nothing is wrong with my game. 😆

Is this a limited time thing or is this in game forever as a chance drop by sernuk or Lucky Box?

The plushie drops are a permanent feature though, no reason to hard grind if you dont want to hard grind for it

While increasing your chance is possible, it's also clearly intended to be something really rare and special. A surprise one might get after playing Palia for weeks/months, might be worth taking a more relaxed approach to it as to maintain some sanity (they are not going away).

The mining nodes now stick around three minutes after they are first mined so you can go ahead and mine it. The amount of blinking it does will tell you if it’s close to disappearing. If it’s blinking fast it’s about to go.

So best to flare the Palium, call it out, mine it. Whatever you want to do.

I count 25 things on my property that count toward the crafter limit 21 Preserves/seeds and then x1 ea Fabric/Sawmill/Smelter/Glass Furnace which makes 25, I have a limit of 30 though but it says i'm at my limit, can anyone confirm what else goes toward this limit? the unlock the door for Zeki at the temple of wind, the final climb trellis when it DOES let me land on it, if I get to the top it won't finish my climb and let me climb to the top

literally every time i get to the top of this trellis it doesn't finish the climb over the top edge

I had to let myself just "hang" there for 2 minutes and do one jump and it let me over the top, this is after doing it about 20 times XD

They are aware of the feedback about the tree dirt mounds so hopefully soon

I like the dirt mounds, tho I also like the tips to plant flowers next to them. The dirt mounds remind me, this tree can be moved. (I did not clear all trees from my land 🙂
I hope if the feedback is motivating a change, that they actually do a poll to survey opinions.

Hi, Apologies if this has been asked or mentioned already. I have completed the Temple of The Roots and I have crafted all Emberborn pieces, but I have no other pieces to craft. Going off the list in the patch notes I am still missing either 2 or 3 pieces. Can someone verify if these items will come with a future patch or is it possibly a bug?

U Accomplishments for furniture crafting might help you figure out which ones, by unrevealed shape and wiki/web lists, IF you are actually missing them.

Someone at some point mentioned there are max 8 palium nodes at a time, and this can be lowered by having more stone + iron around in the map.

Oh! It spawns in the same spots as iron & stone now! It doesn't spawn in specific locations because those were being camped and it was hard for others to find them. People will usually either call for palium & flare it or just flare it now!

Is einar possibly bugged for me? I plan on taking him as shepp and I know it should be possible but I dont get the option to ask him, whereas I do get it with all other eligible villagers - the ones I'm not on a high enough level (all of them) included.

I remember people talking about asking characters too early so the option disappears and then show up again when they level up friendship to lvl 4 (sorry if it's hard to understand what I wrote)

It disappears for some NPCs randomly and comes back at other times. It's nothing to be worried by. You'll have the option again once you finish his friendship 4 quest, and then he'll decline you, but you can still ask the next day & he'll accept.

It's one of the many talking bugs for some reason.
