They mark a ticket as solved when they don't have anything they can do with it. This doesn't mean the problem is solved. Most likely they reported the bug to whoever is in charge of tracking bugs and moved on to the next email

Oh, also I wasn't so clear. I meant for a long time when I looked at the progress, even for ones I completed, things would be mostly black. I think, for the most part, that didn't affect people's ability to complete the quests, but it meant they couldn't check which ones they needed.

So you could catch every bug and get the reward, but you couldn't check the list of bugs you caught to see what you were missing. I completed almost all of those before the bug hit me, so it didn't matter for me, but it seemed like it would be really annoying.

twitch knows how long you've watched, you gotta have the stream unmuted but it can be playing the background (doesnt need to be the active tab in your browser) and then theres a twitch inventory for drops!
you also need to link your palia account to your twitch account in the palia account settings page o:

Yeah, you don't have to do anything other than let it run in the background. The hosts even raid out to other Palia livestreams offering drops when they go offline, so you don't even have to do anything other than make sure you're still online.

I logged in first thing in the morning and let it run while I did my morning things. By the time I got all the LEs, we had visited two other streamers. Easy 1000.

Ya'll my gardening is too good apparently. I wanted to grow some normal crops. Some for cooking and some to give away as request, since it won' let me give people Star quality crops. I used normal seeds and no fertilizer and ALL my crops keep popping out Star quality. How do I grow a normal crop?

If you're under level 50 you can get some with some luck. After reaching level 50, getting unstarred crops is impossible.

So 54% chance of getting a star quality crop at level 27 with a normal seed, you can do it 🙂

u don't need normal quality for cooking btw, just start a recipe to use star ingredients there is a checkbox for it to activate it on switch a button should be mentioned on the bottom as well, the option is not "only star quality", it will simply prioritize star quality
if u have an ingredient in star quality that u don't want to use, put it in ur lockbox

Hey, so this is something I've been trying to figure out and looking it up has provided no answers so I'm coming here instead. I'm romancing two villagers, Einar and Reth. For some reason, when I flirt with Einar (who should be at level 4) it puts points in friendship instead. I have both Reth and Einar's pins equipped and both are at level 3 romance. Einar is at level 4 friendship. Is this a bug or is there something I'm missing to get Einar to level 4 romance?

Einar doesn't understand love so sometimes when you flirt with him it actually just gives friendship points. If you're already at romance 4 it won't add to that anyway

it's a switch bug, you can prevent it by being in a hotpot table or talking to an npc near the end of the chapaa chase so that the game can't show you the results screen

I haven't done this myself but that should work fine, since you would just log in with the same account credentials you had before. I know that if you have a palia account and played on switch, you can just log into the palia launcher with the same account info and it works fine, so I wouldn't think Epic would be any different.

Correct! Taiyaki isn’t the only thing Zeki sells, but it is the only food item he sells. They are all bugged so no star quality taiyaki for us. I am way over explaining… 😵‍💫 Maybe they will gift them all to us after the next update to compensate for the bug.

I struggled to attach a 9x9 room to the right side of the harvest house. A large one in the back was no problem. I found something online that said to move the entire house a bit, put it down and attach the room and it worked. There had been nothing in the spot I wanted to move it to either.

It's a tradeoff between more lower-scoring matches and fewer higher-scoring ones. If the game ends and you have no matches though, less points for everyone. My personal strategy now is to get two sets as fast as possible just to make sure I contribute some points if it ends quickly. Then I start swapping things based on others' discards to try and win with at least 2 sets of 3-of-a-kind.

Yeah I don't follow 'proper etiquette' for pal since I usually wanna just mine fast and not wait for people unless they're nearby. It's really play as you want but don't be rude

The only etiquette that I actually think is bad is

1. Taking a resource another player has found, called out, and is choosing to wait for others
2. Chopping the grove alone since it's such a big thing that everyone is looking for
3. Not sharing something kind of rare resource when someone else is right next to you.
   Everything else is a matter of you choosing to be nice or not. Even then 1) can happen if your chat is broken and 3) can happen from actually not seeing someone (even when it seems like it should be obvious).

I would suggest making buzzy jars and running around south bahari (3am-6pm). The fastest way might be going to bahari, tp to pulsewater and run around enough that you're within 200m of the valley bit and the top entrance to the mines, tp to hideaway and run around a bit around there, tp to kilima and repeat. TPing to Kilima is to reset the server, so doing that allows you to check maybe 4 different servers in a day.

I kind of skip the area near Hodari's house since it's so remote. Also check the map so you know 200m from where the spawn locations are https://mapgenie.io/palia/maps/bahari-bay

Sometimes NPCs will talk about items in their daily dialogue that doesn't actually mean their weekly want, you can check their face in the relationships tab to see what they really want that week. Otherwise, ignore their daily convo, its sometimes inaccurate

The dialogue I get is from clicking on the gift with the question mark. Then they will say "Oh you want to give me something I want? Uhh well, I will take x" then when I go get x and press the gift button to give it to them, they say "I dont need more clutter" and reject it.

You can make 8 of the wooden chests to have 3200 total for now. here's general chest info
Lockbox locks up your items so they don't get pulled when you're crafting/cookong, you can craft 3 of them (for total of 300)
Wooden chests max out at3200 total, Copper st 6600 and iron at 10000. You have to upgrade your chests to copper before you upgrade them to iron

no they mean you might have already picked it up before and finished the quest, so picking it up a second time wouldn't trigger the quest since you've already finished it. can you clarify if you have actually got The Great Human Bake-Off as an active quest in your quest list? if you don't and this is your first time picking up the list, you need to read it (right click on it) to trigger the quest

Oh. I see what you mean. I'm in switch but the list isn't giving me anything to click. I only picked it up once and the quest never showed, but it might be because I haven't figured out how to read it. Some items on switch are not readable unless done a certain way, so I'll see if that's maybe the problem

Is green onion the one with a bajillion of closely spaced notches? Chop every other notch. You don't have to get every single one in sequence. You just have to not miss.

When chopping green onions I like to stare above the cutting bar and just chop when the rectangles below phase through it.. I struggled with green onions before, but after making 60 rolled cabbage rolls I figured out that was my best way to cope

Correct. A second grove may also spawn if nobody chopped down the first one, and that's the max groves that could be present on a server at a time.

its a switch problem, if u talk to a NPC, or are in a round of hotpot it will not pop up, so u don't need to restart
