You need to give them something different in between. It's not gonna ruin your progress. It'll just slow you down a little. Similarly, if you see a thumbs up instead of a heart, they would like the gift but it's a little less special.

I think the 👍🏼 increases the friendship meter, while the ❤️ increases the romance meter. But it's also midnight here and I might be misremembering

to answer my own ealier question regarding reaching level 50 in furniture, if you are already done makeing all new furniture, and since it takes time to farm flow/pal. I decided that bulk buying the materials for capital chic and spamming that is "fastest" way to level. as long as you have the gold which I do, already did 2 levels in a half hour

really? i feel the total opposite. cooking is standing in a room walking around a tiny space doing the same minigames over and over. at least with mining and hunting you are running around, forced to keep an eye out because spawns could be all over the place, reacting to mobs moving unpredictably etc. stumbling across rare spawns and going to flow groves/pal callouts or whatever

In the Gale temple for some people Zeki is not present, so you cannot give in certain plot quests/move on. I’ve been avoiding playing bc I can’t move forward plot wise and don’t want to burn out before getting to enjoy the plot 🥲

you can try looking for flow tree parties in #1143270926394335282 (or starting one yourself) but currently they need to be in the same region as you because cross-region syncing is bugged. also look out for flow tree groves which spawn at every night at midnight in bahari, usually at least one or two people will come help with those as long as your server isn't totally empty

The Focus Bar, located in the top left of your screen, is the representation of how much Focus you currently have, and when it's filled it gives you a bonus to the experience you gain after completing a skill task, such as mining a rock or crafting a piece of furniture. Having any amount of Focus in your Focus Bar gives you a bonus of 30 percent experience points towards whatever skill you're doing, and a full bar increases it further.

Tomatos are like peppers, apples and blueberries. You get several harvests from them. Let it grow out. You can pop the tomatos into the seed hopper and sell the seeds if there's too many of them

i've found all of mine near hodari's house. unfortunately they're just really rare. best thing is to use a buzzy jar at 3am and run between hodari's house and hideaway bluffs, you could also try honey lures but the odds of one spawning is quite low still so not generally worth the cost of making a lure

Thorny Thicket grove, I saw the butterfly for like a sec, but I wasn't the first one there. So it makes sense it was probably just leaving after being scared off.

The north of Statue Garden grove, I was in a party with another person and we were prepping for the grove, we were the first ones there, she was ahead when we saw the grove pop up, and caught the butterfly but I missed it while typing lol 🥲

Those 4 wants are the same for every player every week so anything on those lists will give boosted, and if it has a heart VERY boosted friendship gains. Each weekly want item can only be gifted once per that week.

it's... theoretically kept track of in-game via the accomplishments. you can go to the fish or bug accomplishments and see which you've caught. however there's a bug which makes them all blacked out so it's not really an option for most atm

if you've caught it, you can hover over it in the accomplishment and see the name and info. if you haven't caught it, it just shows a blacked out silhouette and you can't see any info about it. but obviously with the bug, even things you've caught in the past may be blacked out, so yeah

if you're hunting them solo, it's best to look for them in the following areas, once you cut down the trees they don't have anywhere to go. (if they go in a tree, they heal to full health, so it's hard to kill them solo otherwise)

Well you can level up your furniture skills pretty reasonable by only doing one of most items in my experience.... only at more a high level and end game you would need to create a lot more potentially "unwanted duplicates"... that's my experience at least. Once acquired something of a range, further items in that series also unlock through crafting it, so you craft one get a new recipe, craft that get another... and e.g. dining chairs you could 4 of and so on... would get you easily to level 25-40. Furniture also don't take up any storage space (in case you don't know).

I am guessing it's offset or small, I think the current zoom bug is affecting various interface options including the wardrobe... nothing you can do, a relog might fix it temporary.

well, if he's moved to the final island he can't be moved back and you won't be able to progress. there's apparently another bug where zeki seems to disappear for no reason. some people say they got him to reappear by relogging but idk how reliable that is.

hey all, whats a good way to make money as under level 10 person? right now i usually just go around shooting and selling, small but average cotton/ tomato farm. i'm kinda only just getting by but not really enough to shop at tish

it's slow at the beginning tbh. mining is pretty good (sell starstones). gardening is more of a long term investment but it will pay off eventually once you have all 9 plots and all star crops and seedmakers/preserve jars. if you're really desperate, consider cooking parties

I'd suggest getting a few more, that way you can plant more crops. Then get a few seed makers. Seeds sell for higher than the crops. Also, possibly sell excess gatherables. I tend to pick everything I see, so I sometimes have over 50 sundrop lillies and sweet leafs in my inventory. They're not a lot, but they add up

Hey, if I needed a cooking recipe to make something for a quest but I didn't want to wait a real life week or two to hit level 3 friendship with a villager, could I go to the house of someone who did have the recipe and just cook it with them and skip that step or do I have to have the recipe?
