its not intended, its bugged. they messed up the inspiration loottable for the candles that trigger the recipes

For future reference- Items with a crafting recipe of 1 stone are bugged. The grimoire for Ravenwood was the same way when it released (but it was bugged in more ways than one).

Sadly you can't. Quest items are unable to be deleted. The good news is they don't take up physical space in storage, but they are visual clutter.

The devs are working on a quest pouch for quest items so it's not too bothersome to look at, though!

I see the issue with wrong (incomplete) crafting recipes - when you first open workbench crafting window, how many ingredients first selected item has, that's how many will display for all recipes. So a quick fix is to open workbench crafting, select recipe you want, close it and open again. last selected recipe should be the active one and display correctly.

Yep, I don't remember exactly where it is but each of the mazes has the fire bowl hidden in the maze. You might be able to see it from the door

if u have completed 8 u can head to ur plot to finish the quest, but optional u can speak to all villagers, once u hit 8 and return home u will complete the quest and won't be able to talk to the other villgagers so keep that in mind if u want to speak to all of them

0.174 introduced a new bug - in workbench you can only see the number of ingredients equal to the number of ingredients for the first selected recipe.
To get a correct one open workbench crafting window, select desired recipe, close window and open it again. Recipe you selected before should be the first one and display correctly.

You are sadly not alone in that. It seems to have started after the patch hotfix. Mail should come at 6 am or 6pm, whichever is next. If it doesn't than I'm afraid it seems you're bugged.

The game still has issues they are still working to fix. You can play if you want. If your computer has trouble with a higher setting, unfortunately the game currently auto-sets your display settings high. But it seems this can be changed. I'm not fully clear on all the little issues, but you are likely to have some bugs and the ESC key seems to lag things.
