since they made the black market its own instance it became a bit difficult to switch servers to look for an item bcs there are less instances, if not enough people go into the black market there will be only a few instances, the highest I had was 3 different ones

Funny part is, the chat window shows that I changed server but then going back into the black market, the two items I bought are just gone. It isn't refreshing.

So, I'll just have to wait for another night. They really need to make a manual button that switches servers.

I wanted to climb up the vines in Bahari Bay and jumped just a little too far. My figure is now stuck up there (see picture 1). You urgently need a reset button to avoid such problems. Because now I have to log out completely, which is absolutely stupid. I've often gotten stuck somewhere and it's a bit annoying to always have to log out. Please improve, thank you!

Ok so, everyone, two questions:

1. I've done my best to find a heartdrop Lilly but have been very unsuccessful so far, even with tutorials- Is there something I'm doing wrong?
2. Where do I find Bahari Glowbugs? I've been looking everywhere that it says they can be found on the wiki, using buzzy jars and going at the correct times, and nothing still. I could really use some help

1. Heartdrop lilys are only in Bahari bay... usually around the cliffs. I definitely find more of then north of the statue garden up on thehills. Do a little climbing. 🙂

2. Bahari glowbugs only come out at night , 6pm to 3am... and they glow green instead of blue like the paper lantern bug. They are a rare bug so there are fewer of them, but they are most often found in fields.

@next vector Of course, pressing the home button also sounds simple, but then you would have to walk all the way back to the mission. It would make sense if you could use a button next to it to reset yourself to the point on the Bahari map where you are already. Would be very helpful!!

If you are ever stuck, open the chat window and type /unstuck
If it does not work the first time, do it again.
It should move you to a nearby location within a few feet / meters.

It's a bug that has progressively gotten worse and affected more people. These changes aren't purposeful.

Yeah that's what i used to do, started leveling everyone. And every monday i was looking online for who wants what. Bring everyone one of each, mark it, talk to them. Repeat the next 3 irl days for all gifts. Then every other day a normal gift. Then when everyone was 4 i started the dating everyone. Finished the dating thing in like 2 weeks, except einar that took me a month basically. Then Hodari came (leveled him faster than Einar). And now Subira, thank god she doesn't want to be dated (yet) 😄 can't go tru that again

Yeah it's a known bug for a long time. At one point happens for everyone. Even the gifting thing resets when that achievement bug happens. If you wanna request, u gotta take out stuff from chest and put it back, so it can again count as looted. But as soon as u log out, it resets again

Hey Dev’s, if you all happen to see this, why does it feel as if we are being punished for playing the game? I don’t typically complain about anything but I’ve casually played the game since the start of beta (and I absolutely love it!) but I’ve never done a cake party. And have been capped out at 1k renown for a while. I’ve purchased and upgraded everything. But still while casually playing, I’ve lost another 800+ renown because the cap is way too low. Please raise it to 3-5k until more Contant is available. Otherwise we are forever at a loss unless y’all are going give us renown during some patch.

Oh... I'm not sure. Could be stuck in the terrain, since their terrain is built with a decent space between it, I believe due to climbing.

Decors and all other items will not carry over except for the storage chest. It will be the amount or quantity you have in your main plot (limited to 8 chests) no matter if you move one chest from one plot to another. Also cutting/mining the originally trees/rocks will carry over on all plots but the newly planted ones won’t. If you’ve unlocked all the slots in your plot it will also carry over.

Hmm it’s a bug that happens from time to time. I usually go out of my plot and come back or log off then I can place things again.

Probably like one player said. If you’re doing the invite or vice versa why not try the other way around. To find out which one of you has the issue.

Try getting out of your plots and invite each other. You invite them or they invite you. Try one at a time to see which one works. This is also same when partying in Bahari. Both of you should be in the same place no matter which server to have a chance for it to work. BUT it is not guaranteed.

I use an Xbox controller too. You now have to unequip whatever you are holding to pick up and also make certain that the on-screen prompt shows the A. Sometimes the UI gets clipped and I have to readjust my character otherwise I cannot pick anything up.

It's a bug from the newest update after they swapped the button mapping. I am not a fan. I could hold my pickaxe, bow, etc. and still pick up my LOOT. This newest update makes that impossible.

The NPCs won't tell you 3 or 4 until you're 3 and 4 with them

But if you know what they are and gift them even if you're not that level they'll count :)

Fill your focus meter all the way after consuming food. Now when you finish making a dish look at your character screen and see the amount it took away. For example, if I had 1000 focus and I made one dish and I had 875 focus left. I would have used up 125 focus when making that dish.

Ill test it properly another time when I have more energy and brain, but I think its based on the amount of time you can use in total for the cooking. the 3 recipes I tried that can take 1 minute costed 20 focus, the recipe that can take 2 minutes costed 50 focus and the 2 recipes that can take 3 minutes costed 80 focus

is your issue that the game is just giving you common fish, or that when you hook an uncommon fish, it's too difficult to catch? If the latter, some stuff helps - you just may have already accounted for it. Upgrading your fishing rod, using fishing buffs (fisherman's brew, sushi, sashimi, etc.), using a fishing attachment (consumable 😦 ), making sure you aren't just holding the button down the whole time (don't hold it when the ( ) aren't lined up with the fish or when the fish is jumping. Follow the fishing lure, not the fish.

Is there a known issue I'm missing for the Einar relationship quest? Seems there was a quest I was supposed to get like at level 3, either in my mail or from the NPC himself but it never came. That may be because you're experiencing a server connection lost screen. If that's the case, it won't open even if you click escape. You have to alt + f4 in some cases (if the full screen freezes) or open your task manager and close Palia that way.

Oh, and I also like to give new players a tip that everything you can gather, mine, hunt or chop can be shared with others, regardless of groups! Gathering despawns after a few minutes. Heartlilies we like to call out to server chat. Flow trees you'll need people for, so you'll always be calling those out. Palium mining is something we also call out in server chat to help people get the rare ore. And the same with Proudhorn stags and silver chapaa. If you see someone near you mining, you can hit your mining node once and others can also tap it. 🙂

• there is no way to make the chat window stay opened permanently (I'm reading a lot of messages too late, because I've been busy with something, when the window popped out and then closed, and after finishing the job, I forget to check on it);
• there is no way of auto-moving after a key press (I'm not talking about slow/fast move switch, but about something like pressing a key just once to begin to move, then continuing to move with only mouse engaged in directional control until a mouse button is pressed - I've already considered putting a weight on "W" key, but it doesn't seem practical, because it would be a bit slow to remove it, lol).
