as there's the ruins there x2, then further west 3 or so spots, then the green flashy symbol ruins directly north of the last D in flooded, then back round to stables, repeat

its just really rare. if you want to save the worms, you can cast, when a fish hooks, see if it's the recipe bottle. if not, wait a few secs, fish will drop off, you can reel in and not lose the worm

When inside machines, like heavy smelter, I used to be able to hold down shift to split a stack into two mostly equal parts. Since the last update, holding down shift appears to do nothing. If I am just in my inventory, with C, the shift drag does work to split stacks in half. Is this a known issue with the latest update?

you can click on the center icon of a room, when in H mode, to remove placed rooms. Look in top right corner for how many rooms and limit of how many you can place. It expands as you unlock land with writs, I beleive.

My friend gained normally, i barely gained any, fished together, he gained 3 lvls i gained 0. went fishing with another friend, i switched to normal worms and gained experience, she fished with glow and gained nothing. And yes i had focus cos i kept eating focusfood/applejam to keep it up.

I think that its about balance. You have to be doing a bit of bug fixing and updating but also keep things fresh. I certainly am not complaining about the content, it would be nice to fix the bugs as I have had a full game crash every chappa chase I have done this last week. But I do think that there should be updates and addons while bug fixes occur. And hey we get a lot. Some games it takes months if not years before new content is added

if the game were released, i'd agree with ya! but it's beta...so my personal opinion is they should focus more on squashing the bugs that have been around for a while - like achievement issues...and people who can't refine things/pick them up because they are stuck at 0s, etc.

focus on getting things more stable and overall working better, release the game, then look to add some things for sure.

one of the advantages of a long open beta is the more people playing at once, more bugs/issues are found. and hopefully get fixed before actual release.

I think it definitely attracts a certain corner of gamers. The people who play harvest moon, stardew valley, animal crossing etc. The joy is anyone of any age can just jump in and have like they say a cozy experience. Its relaxing

There is a great glow worm spreadsheet. Google it. Sashimi is used because it is easy to make and cheap. I think you get 3 worms for star sashimi. You can also just ho buy mushrooms from zeki and have very easy income.

you are supposed to get if after doing all 4 bundles, but there was a bug where you would get if after doing any bundle as long as all others were partially completed (many ppl got it this way, myself included). I think they fixed that in last hotfix so now you need to do them all.

Not the same size, but you could drag that center piece onto another medium that's 3-wide.

The only caveat for doing the building that way is that the room connecting it (you're using the hallway) has to be a size different than the one you're placing x3)

300 is pretty normal, it took me 250, but once you exceed 1k it's about time to send in a ticket. The theory is that a found quest through fishing blocks sushi from being caught (the same way the Founder's Boot locks out waterlogged boot drops).

This is my advice as someone who was also terrified of going to cake parties due to anxiety and fear of messing up.

Then, go do the cake party (go for a simple role if you can, like leafer, jammer, or baker).

Because you're gonna need it. I'm out over 1000 glowies but after 3 solid cake parties, my anxiety is gone and I'm stocked for the next 1K glowies I'm likely going to waste, along with several valuable hours of my life.

Did anyone ever answer this for you? I have the same issue. I keep harvesting only star crops from my non-star seeds which is messing me up big time with cooking and stuff. I like that star quality seeds give 100% star quality crops at lv25 Gardening but I do still need normal crops and I cannot get any for the life of me and it's really hindering me.

If you select "starred" and don't have it, it'll automatically let you take unstarred (assuming you have an unstarred of that type). Just throw the starred fish into storage. Otherwise you'll need to start the dish as starred as it won't take starred for an unstarred fish (regardless of it's it all you have).

Sorry if this has been asked before, does anyone know how to fix the wallpaper glitch with hallways? Like when it says a wall of a large room attached to a hallway is not a valid placement location for wallpaper? Or is that something we just gotta wait for devs to fix?

I've moved my rooms back to the original position and to other locations- it's completely bugged on my end. So far, I think we just have to wait on devs to patch it. You also can't place anything on that wall (or move things on that wall- unless you take them off).

alternatively you can use small rooms as hallways. its what I did
then you'll be able to wallpaper all sides
theyre a bit wider but that lets you put shelves, plants, etc. without having to be overcrowded

You can temporarily do a workaround by attaching a small room to that hallway, attach the large room behind that small room, place your wallpaper, detach the small room and reattach the large room to the hallway. That fixed for me

That's what I use since I don't like wasting focus. Some of the new recipes though look enticing. Decent focus without super rare mats

try Pulsewater Plains, Hideaway Bluffs. Smoke candles can help so they don't bugger off quickly.

If you have blueberries just put in pepoers until you have what you want. Corn wheat rice are interchangeable.

you need to go south of the wall, north is normal lantern
