They're all pretty important as you go through the game, and honestly you're really not able to "focus" on one without the others. To upgrade your axe, you'll need things from mining, ect ect.

Once all your tools are fully leveled, you can dump tons of time into individual skills, but before that point, it's good to have them fairly balanced.

The rod gets more health as you upgrade it, and you're able to buy hooks that can make it less difficult by making it have even more health, or a wider bracket.

If you wanna join parties, rice is an easy peasy crop and very popular for fish cooking parties

Otherwise, I would say things like tomato, onion, and wheat are pretty easy crops AND pretty common ingredients among parties.

Oh and, stock up on garlic at Zeki's. Garlic is in a lot of recipes and isn't too expensive to buy.

Worm farms are such a great way to earn some steady, solid income. I've gone back to that and jams for the moment to build up my reserves after my spending sprees

this is for glow worms, idk the formula for regualr worms but basically

formula for getting glow worms is

sell value of dish / 50 = glow worms (rounded)

here some visuals on how worming your dishes can be profitable

in addition, if you are like me, you sell the fert, use the worms, go out fishing and then sell the fish or reuse the fish for fish dish parties, especially if you are using the rarer fish

what is the best way to go about storage? i keep getting all these free decor wall items from the npcs and like im running out of room. i bought the first 500 gold back pack but my other storage is filling up too

I make apple jams, and keep four tiles dedicated to apple trees. So I am constantly harvesting those and selling off the jams. Very steady income.

For worm bins, I use a similar system like Manakit. I also have excess bean burgers a lot of the team bc I do a lot of burger parties, and these produce a solid amount of Ferts and worms to sell back.

really it depends, i have alot of worm farms, both regular and glow worm ones since i fish alot, though you are at the mercy of the global crafter limit, so you do have to balance those worm farms with other crafters you have in your plot

There may be other ways, but I grab each piece individually and keep placing it until the grass behaves. Can be tedious, but works.
... you don't have to actually move it anywhere, just grab and let go. Over and over until it doesn't poke through.

Absolutely! Also, you're able to place down most starred foods, all starred insects, and starred fish. You storage space is also upgradeable, by purchasing the chest upgrade recipes from the cash register in the furniture store.

If you've got a lockbox, it's nice to stash all your furniture and wallpapers and floorings in there, so when you're browsing through your regular storage tab, those things aren't in your way.

Maybe Support misunderstood your request. Ity may be worth writing back and specifically asking for a second copy of the Umbraan Thing, sending them screenshots of your open quest and your storage chests and lock boxes showing no artifact.

In theory, they should be able to give you the missing item -- they've done similar for other types of issues like this.

And in the meantime maybe try to find Elouisa & Caleri at the Maji Market at night in game time to see if you can spark the quest there again. You can travel there using the travel board and going to "Kilima Fairgrounds"
