The Elderwood story doesn't really kick off until you've completed all four temples. You have to finish the main Kilima/Bahari Bay story before you can really get started in Elderwood

Drop rates for the mushrooms as well as respawn of schmoles is way lower, it takes me abo9ut an hour to get 30 clams. Einar doesn't come to your plot to start leveling up the friendship, you have to visit The Gardener and talk to him. Einar will come to your plot for the level 2 friendship quest

There are a couple tricks you can try to fix this. What I usually do is place the flooring down without connecting it to the other pieces first, then I move it and connect them. That usually stops the grass from poking through. If that doesn't work I think there may be something else you can try but I can't remember it off the top of my head, the decor wizards in #🏡│decor probably know

A new “Currency” subtab has been added to the inventory menu, storing items like Infected Essence, Skill Medals, gold, premium currency, Maji Market Tickets, and more.

Infected Essence will automatically convert from both inventory and storage into a currency and no longer take up storage space.
