Just a speculations can be wrong: we are not getting any update this month, as Maji Market will begin within a week, and we can't expect an update popping up between the events. There is a current issue surrounding giving gifts using items that were introduced in Elderwoods! They are mostly related to Reth's weekly wants.

The current work around is to avoid giving gifts to Reth (sorry, pal) since giving him those weekly wants causes the game to freeze -- this leaves you with having to restart Palia in order to "fix" it. It's even better to avoid all items introduced with Elderwoods where gifting is concerned, but play at your own risk!

Please note: this is not official S6 advice, this is from our tech helpers (thanks, Meowdam!). While the tech helpers are amazing, they cannot fix this for you.

It's actually pretty good compared to most games I have played. All games need to ensure the economy gets gold out of the hands of players as much as possible to keep people grinding for it. Thats why I loved the addition of the frog gold pile. It was a afun way to pull out some of the gold made during that gold rush.
