I think I’ve seen this concern a few times and I dont think people should be rude just because others join their lure. That being said, other circumstances e.g when others are trying to catch RTBs and do not want people catching the crickets and after telling em, they still do, it’s justifiable that they would feel a bit angry. But in general, I think it would be polite to ask permission (unless it’s an open invite) before joining other’s lures. Some may even be happy to party up so more loot for everyone

Most the time you do tho, issues happen if very large group or server lag. I have gotten plenty of bugs I never thowed a bomb at when I placed a lure. I’m more worried they don’t notice a rare and scare it off, even with a buzzy jar you might not get there in time.

If you are participating in a recipe and you don't get anything it needs to be reported as a bug. Everyone that does something should get the meal. Even if they don't contribute an ingredient such as baking in the oven. You can even over prep meaning if someone preps something extra they also get the recipe.

The spawn area for it is tiny. Using a dowsing rod and walking up and down the beach for a few minutes should get you enough

However it doesn't even need to be that it is a damage number. Could be somethibg completely different. Best to describe it would be floating battle text. Kinda. But it could also mean something other then it being damage done.

They're going to be really close to the last place you found, but won't show up as a map marker. You just need to retrace your steps a little.
