I hope it gets fixed soon for you! When they first introduced party loot, I was stuck in party limbo for 3 months until S6 rolled out a hotfix addressing the issue.

In the meantime you can server sync, and still participate with shared rewards. Just no chance of double loots

Honestly the devs should be well aware of the chat and party issues and they never make them a priority. It is soo annoying. I can't tab in my chats, right now I'm stuck on whisper. I can never talk in party chat. And it's why I stopped spending money on palia over a year ago 😅

Passive income is going to be your garden. Doing a fully automated garden to where you only need to weed is best. And if you get your weeds on one 3x3 square you can maximize your output. I use a 5 apple tree garden and preserve/jam the apples into apple jam and sell the jam.

In addition the neighboring vegetables are used in most dishes so doing a cook party is easy.

Singularity 6 was acquired by Daybreak Game Company in July 2024—and since then, there have been two major layoffs, including core creative/dev staff. The game’s direction, once full of soul and community, now feels lost in grind, glitches, and corporate silence.
I nearly lost a 40-year friendship over broken storage mechanics that still haven’t been fixed. The bugs are piling up. Communication is minimal. Elderwood feels punishing instead of inspiring. And worse—it’s unclear who’s even steering the ship anymore.
We deserve answers. What’s being done to fix the core codebase? Will devs ever acknowledge the layoffs and acquisition? Can the original vision still survive?
Palia meant something. Let’s make sure it still can.

I just came to comment and ask if other people on the ps5 platform notice the game feels way way worse now? Like , I was playing a month ago , the game felt crisp and consistent fps. Now it’s got a motion blur effect I can’t turn off and all the menus lag BADLY . Idk what they did but noticed a lot of terrible additions. Does anyone else notice this feeling? I’m noticing that all these additional graphical updates they’ve applied (without options to adjust them ourselves because obviously that’s too much choose) they’ve traded graphical fidelity for performance , and my god , as someone who hasn’t played the game for a couple updates , they have ultimately dropped the ball. The game dosent even look much better than before. But the performance trade off is absolutely horrible

That’s the noticeable thing for me too . Also talking to NPCs is less snappy and more jittery . Actually a lot of things feel more clunky and jittery because of the performance tradeoff they’ve made . I can’t believe they didn’t give console users the option to adjust from fidelity to performance like literally every other game that exists . They’re dropping the ball on a good game and it’s disappointing what they seem to pump focus into, like graphic updates that tank the games performance .

Specifically it’s this motion blur effect that is absolutely ruining the game for me. It changes the look of everything.

I just wanted to share I was messing with my driver settings and tried raising sharpness and vibrancy for palia and I gotta say the results are fantastic
