I did accidentally accept it for desktop to try and play it on my laptop but Palia wouldn’t load on there since my laptop is not a gaming one.

Kilima is the copper kingdom, so sticking around there. I like to do a loop following around the cliffs and walls, there's always like a million rocks and ores especially lining the base around the memorial garden. Keep focus up with eating and I find I end up with tons of citrine to sell.

Bahari is the iron hotspot and same there, but also on top of every cliff there's always one or two rocks if you end up needing iron too

Well. If you bought the courier slots it is also all pets before the quest. But you don’t have to only use plat pup for it after if you have other options

• Doing the questline in game in Elderwoods you get 4 slots for free (after a long questline for the pet + slots, taking a lot of resources + requires various story being completed).
• Doing both the above lets you have the max 8 slots.
• Doing/having just one of the above will only let you have 4.

What you're getting is access to the courier system. Ignore the use of "courier pets". Tis whomever in marketing sending mixed signals using the wrong words/terminology 😄

A very inconvenient oversight for sure. My friends didn’t quite understand and excitedly started recipes and we ended up failing them. Sadge. I still don’t understand why we cannot use star quality when the recipe is started for regular quality. The recipe still has a chance of being star quality anyways, and what’s the harm in using a star onion in a lower quality dish?

The purpose is to keep you from using gold star items on accident, like if you had a nice gold star fish in your inventory you didnt want to use on a fish recipe…. However we do have the lockbox for that

Yeah, early on I stored a few stars in the lockbox just in case. I didn’t realize this “bonus” and I’ve rearranged my crops and my garden and bought regular quality seed trying to get some reg to no avail. Finally looked it up thinking it was a bug, didn’t even cross my mind that it’s intentionally all star quality at higher levels.

I'm honestly grateful for the star check mark on cooking. Even when I forget to click it, it's not a big deal. I just grab more materials and push on. They aren't hard to grow or find. Just takes a little time. I know some try to meta and do things fast. But I like the slow pace of getting things done at your own time instead of feeling like I have to rush.

Try unstuck a few times. It "should" try to put you on a different spot if the first one doesn't work after a few tries. If not, you'll have to wait to teleport home. It's finicky.

My best advice, if you're actively hunting FT and get no response, switch servers. You might find a more active one. Also good advice when you run into people who hog trees. Exit the zone and come back in. Look for that server change message.

I do think people are just focused on their own things to do or are in groups chatting away in their community or party. They have made it easier to acquire things like flow wood so people aren’t as anxious to get it.
