Something fast and easy is halling a lot of wood and flint to make makeshift arrows for +11 coin's for profit I had like 1000 flint just sitting in my box. And I turned them all into make shift arrows. It takes five logs and one flint so multiple 1000 and 11 and that's how much extra money I got

Also. Farming is very lucrative, just selling the star quality is great. Another tip is late game though so I don't know how far you are.
