I’m pretty sure the elderwoods are bigger than the village and the bay combined, so it is natural and expected that hot fixes would be common after the first day of its release. Patience will mean the game will run better and be more fun when it’s up and running again.

I think all of it is cosmetic for the real money stuff. If you don't care about outfits, gliders, pets, landscapes, or tool skins, all that is left is emotes I think. The founder's pack is a great deal, but you don't buy it with coins. You pay for it with real money (like you do coins) but then you get coins, a pet , the courier function, tool skins

It gives you a notification, but if you leave it on, when you come back to it, you can collect the rewards whenever, it's not a prompt. They're available in your invent for a good period of time after the 6 hours is done 😄 Don't have to claim em right away.

The graphics are significantly better on PS5/Xbox compared to switch. Controls are also snappier and more responsive and the graphics run smoother

#💻│tech-help might have some suggestions for you to try and resolve this but the first thing I always recommend is make sure you’re graphics drivers are updated. When mine are out of date, Palia is a mess every time lol

Double check you are using the correct email that you linked with your switch. I did it last night and it loaded up my switch save immediately without issue. Picked up where I left off months ago. If you are absolutely certain the email address is correct, I suggest submitting a ticket

PS5/Series X will be better than some people's PCs, but worse than others. If you have a decent GPU and a monitor above 60Hz (most TVs are still 60Hz as standard which allows for 60FPS at max) then PC will be superior. If not, they'll be similar or better on console
