The fix was apparently only for Steam users, so if you dont play via Steam, you're kinda screwed until they maybe someday tackle the other platforms

You have to be very vigilant for some of those fish and bugs. You can use buzzy jars(for bugs) and tuning forks(for fish) to help though. You also have to look in the right places and at the right time for that specific creature. You can find that information on palia wiki

is it sifuus torch? that you have extras of? if so , you can just drag those into your regular storage inventory

tbh, any quest items can be put into regular storage, though I do not encourage this, unless you are 1000 percent sure you have completed all the quests relating to those items, most of us get left with a few pebbles or other quest items. I just keep mine in there as there are enough slots, however sifuus torch was one of the most repeated ones obtained , where players grabbed multiple of, and only way to free up the needed space in quest inventory is to drag those into regular chest storage. They take up no space in there at all

Most importantly, they remain in there safe and sound in the case you need them , or made an error moving them out of quest inventory

regular gems however, you can at least gift your NPC's the gem that correlates to their sign at least ones, which is a great friendship booster, and yes there is a a few that are required for the main story bundles and one quest

You will find Jasper in any stone , be it bahari or kilima as well

& as I said above, Starred gems can also be displayed as decor, and you should keep one each of jasper, emerald, and aquamarine for bundles and a later game friendship quest

That is a tough one to answer for me, because if I am being completely frank, The patch has achieved what the devs set out for it to achieve, Visually the arcade machines have been disabled and no longer accessible on steam, now it seems has come through to PC native client as well.. Now does that mean crashes will end.. To date, no.. the crashes are still random even using steam. Many players still coming in stating they are getting a random crash or connection issues, but it is much better than before.

honestly, I can run the game non stop and will not crash at all.. The pure virtual function calling error , I would be lying if I said that hasn't got me twice now.. but overall I never experience issues,, this maybe due to the factor I am running game on high end gaming pcs.

Our next large update is expected towards end of month 21st -23rd approx.. however atm there are and have been small patches being rolled out, to address some of the crashing issues across all platforms. So all have received a small hotfix patch thus far as of today.. Hopefully we will see less crashes, regardless S6 are always scanning for issues and are on top of things. I'm not gonna lie I just hit gardening level 50 and I'm only now feeling less like I have to grind for every ingredient/crop i need - I generally have some lingering in storage, now. Once you start easing off of being constantly busy and find other, chill (grindy) things to focus on, it becomes less 'Oh my god I need this' and more 'Oh my god i forgot to water this'

I’m at a point in the game where it is more beneficial to not farm cotton, as turning starred cotton into fabric is less worthwhile than selling.
Fabric can be purchased from Tish, and vegetables can be purchased from Badruu. The only crops you cannot purchase are Apples, Blueberries and Spicy Peppers.
Check out some of the previous posts in #🌱│gardening , and see how you can change your gardens into preserve jar farms, or even glow worm farms.
it’s whatever works for every player, so if you’re content with your gameplay, don’t change a thing 🙂

I played a bit after the switch update, it seemed to be running very smoothly, I didn't crash in Kilima.

All the suggested channels can be used for animal hunting teams

You can also use the "looking for group" icon that you can toggle on in your party tab, and just ask in the servers you're on if anyone is hunting that'd like to team up
