As other said: hunting, fishing bug catching. You can also get them from Zeki's lucky machine in his store. You need to buy one thing there and he mails you a coin. That works once per IRL day.

After unlocking the underground, you can play hot pot for coins and have the chance to win giant plushies.

There are also sometimes Login rewards or twitch drops that may reward plushies.

And you can put them on your plot as decoration

Forage all you can on one server as well, and then if you can switch servers through friends etc, do that as well. In a group one you get multiple chances at foraging the same field crop, be it garlic or flowers.. Wish you lots of luck

There are tiers to the huntable critters- regular (like a normal, orangish chapaa, a regular grayish wolf, or a tan deer with no markings), stiped/banded/elder, and then "magical" or flow infused; the bluish white azure chapaa splits into several "duplicate" chapaas when scared off, the bluujin or Bristleback muujin becomes near invisible when it runs away then jumps into a tree (when a lower level wolf jumps into flow trees it turns them into a bristleback), and the proudhorn sernuk or disco deer runs very fast then teleports to another part of the map a bit away.

All of them are most effectively taken down with dispel arrows and/or slow down arrows in the case of the bluujin- helps you see a greenish cloud of smoke around the nearly invisible ghosty boi.

You have to do the trading quest first. You need to go to the underground and interact with one of the trading stalls to trigger the quest

I was always shocked at how well it runs on steam deck. And it looks great too. Ugh all of my sandstone pavers defaulted to the biggest sized paver
Can’t believe I spent hours arranging them to make paths and I didn’t even save a picture of them 🙃🙃🙃

It's a pesky bug that's back since the recent patch, but they said they have a fix ready for the next update. Last time this happened all the pavers went back to the way they were! Hopefully this time will be the same.
