I do not think they are the cause, I just found they contribute to the likely-hood of getting stuck. but I do not do too many cooking parties anymore, just cooking for weeklies and that is enough.

I think the transitional program accidentally has... a hiccup, if you will, with the transition of camera angles for cinematic effect, thus, providing higher chances of Being Stuck until that program is fixed or enhanced.

they said they are working on it but cannot do it atm, because of performance issues - I think people on consoles might have problems loading my plot as it is - it has been full since ages.

Not for PC Players. NGL. I mean, there's nothing wrong with having a cap limit restriction in whose house you get to visit for software performance (3,000 cap) or say (5,000 cap) if they ever increase it, that is.

Perhaps even, limiting Flowers or small items from sight. Lol

Goodness knows Flowers AND PAVERS can take up so much Decor Limit for me.

Being able to control it and keep the settings for Linked Steam VS Linked Switch would be necessary, for 1 account able to go on both. Unsure if Singularity 6 has the programs to do so yet.

But it's good to hear they're thinking about it in the future.

Anyways, I'll be decorating. It was pleasant to talk with you all! (Goodness knows I can't in game yet.)

Just want to clarify that this isn't steam specific and we are yet to find a commonality for the people experiencing issues. S6 knew the chat would be bugged for some people with this update, I don't think they realised just how many would be affected, and there is a lot. It isn't specific to a region, it isn't specific to platform and it isn't specific to accounts. Both PC and switch users are experiencing issues and my chat isn't functional on my PC but it is on my switch for the same account.

There's not trick really you can just put some curtains down first and then put more curtains on top of them if there's enough room on the wall. some combos work better than others but it's not a glitch or anything

I agree but also disagree with you both. I think they do care personally. Otherwise they wouldn’t give new updates and try give the players what they want. More storylines, quests, curtains, more decor and such. I think it’s just a difficult one, 50/50 company. Some care and the others don’t. I always see the conflict between those who care and those who don’t. It’s just unfortunate that it’s taking so long because they are understaffed. It takes a massive amount of money to support a functional, wide team. They do focus a lot on the premium shop which isn’t great but i understand as well. I still have hope in them. I’ve seen many games crash and burn but I don’t think this one is any time soon. They’re listening to feedback, better late than never. Just my two cents! I really don’t want to cause a debate or anything!

They were aware it would be an issue before they released the update, it was in the patch notes. I just don't think they realised how many players would be affected. I am not anticipating a fix anytime soon, especially this close to christmas.

I know it’s insane. Though a ton of gaming companies did which greatly saddened me, hopefully they’ve made some money to get more staff because I think Palia is great. Buggy, yes. But so is 90% of other games. As long as they are actively working on it, I don’t think there’s much more we can ask of them
