Okay first of all no. Game breaking bugs are addressed within 24-72 hours with "most mmo's". WoW and FFXIV and by MMO by proxy, Lost Ark.
Then you have PoE 2's launch which is a an Early Access Beta state right now out for a week. Day 1, bug fixes. Day 2. Bug fixes. Day 3. Bug fixes. Day 4. Bug fixes. All seamless, and prioritize critical issues and immediately slate hotfixes for them.

Palia's cycle is "Deploy a patch. Hope it doesn't break, come back in a month. But meanwhile, buy all our cosmetics."

The other problem is that Palia's dev team has been cut down to a third of it's original team. Another early access game had a lightning affect that was too bright/flashy, and they fixed it within a week or 2 and added settings to allow players to turn it off. It is not that hard.

Palia is my first MMO actually. The only problem I ever had with the game was when the garden was bugged, but I merely stepped away from the game until they fixed it. It took two months, but I refused to frustrate myself over something I can't do anything about. 🤔

I understand people's perspective varies, especially when it comes to games. Me, I just have faith that eventually the game will get " better ", I personally don't require any improvements. I'm excited for whatever the company does, lol. This particular game has a lot going on with it, and that's the issue with most games that try to fill the requirements of every person's needs. The more they add to the game, the more bugs there will be.

I personally, understand how intricate coding is, and usually alterations to that code, takes away from another functionality. That's why I don't trip. 😂

And I understand that! It's why I try to at least make it known that, while I have critique, criticisms, etc, I still am glad that people are enjoying the game, and find comfort with it. I genuinely enjoy reading people's comments when they get excited over something-- the new free hairstyles, when they get a plush, etc! It's nice.

But, that might be why I'm so frustrated about the whole snowball/flash stuff, and nothing is being done about it [or acknowledged by s6]. It was like this last year too :( I just want the game to do better and be better for people!

That's what I'm saying, if you're comparing and contrasting with hardware that's obviously better then you'll lose appreciation for what you have. Nintendo has always been an underwhelming console. The more popular games work just fine for the switch, it's mainly been because they've tried expanding the library. I have a gaming PC to play on, but I still prefer to play on my switch, I rather just lie down and game with this game in particular.
