sry for the late answer, no that has in fact been like that from the start. If you hit it with dispel before you spook it, it doesn't split for a little time. very easy to hunt it alone like that.

a lot of the time that issue is just a connection issue between your end and palias, waiting a few minutes and logging back on usually helps or you can get back in right away

connectivity does seem to be an issue recently for many ( took four hours the other day to log in myself and even then my chat wouldnt connect as well as other incidents but every other website/games of mine worked fine xD) i suggest launching a ticket. if many people are having connectivity issues then it would be the game servers issue and not the clients ( atleast i presume ) and even if it isnt their side theres no harm in notifying them lol)

Well the cakes used to be much more profitable, that's one of the things they "nerfed" like how preserved potatoes aren't as OP now and how they decreased the starstone chances. But if you're cooking with a party of people, you can make cakes for a lot less ingredients, and stations like oven and spreader don't even use ingredients, so that's pure profit.

It's dependent on the goal, really. Cake is good because it's a decent profit, and it also works well for focus food! Lucky fish is similar. But I often host chili oil dumpling parties, or apple pie parties, or just a general food party where we cook whatever someone specifically needs for the cooking achievements, bundles, fishing boost food, gifting, displaying, etc.

apparently it has smthg to do with weeds, if u are using soil for decoration(appletrees) and u have weeds on it, it might cause all other crops to stop growing properly

Sort of, yes. Liked gifts give one thumbs up, and loved gifts give two thumbs up. I don't think they've specifically stated how much a difference that is percentage wise, but you can consider it double the reward for love gifts, whatever that quantity is

I feel like taking advantage of a feature (like the overflow inventory system) is less of an exploit, or at least a grey zone, since it’s the feature working as intended. When you start forcing bugs or taking steps to make the game operate in ways that are not intended because it’s advantageous, that’s more true-exploit territory.

The overflow mechanic is meant to send your overflow items into storage. It didn't work like that in the past, but it was changed at some point in alpha to the current iteration

So keeping your inventory full to send your items home automatically is clever, but not exploitative. Using the same mechanic to bypass the pile mechanic is certainly not intended, as such it is considered an exploit

Okay I've been hurting for an elder dear for a long time now I dedicate roughly 4 to 5 hours a day hunting them it was a lot easier for me to get a normal dear I got it with an 800 kills but I've been trying for an elder ever since and I have not had any luck starting to wonder if the elder plushie even exists what is the percentage drop rate does anybody know are there any other tips somebody can give me for attempting to get an elder plushie
