My garden layout includes all crops at 100% water retain + 100% weed prevent. I send potatoes, rice, wheat and tomatoes to seed, everything else goes to the preserve jar. I do a full harvest and replant every RL morning (and most RL nights). Average gold per harvest is 15K

I turn my potatoes into pickled. Then sell. A stack of 30 is little over 3k coin (at 102 coin ea). With 6 garden sections all potatoes and 8 pickle barrels I can get 90 pickled potatoes each morning and over the course of the day another 90. So a total of almost 20k (18 and change) just in pickle potato. Plus I sell off all flint, most stone, starstones and I'm swimming in 600 iron bars. I can sell those off too in a pinch
