I'm not campaigning for a nerf, I just think it makes sense for the devs to do. You asked why it would be good for the game, so I answered. The devs clearly didn't balance the game intending for people to make THAT much gold by becoming cake factories. If they did, it wouldn't be so much more extreme than other food options.

I think the main issue for the hate on the game is the timing for maintenance. It was announced 23 min before it started. Not many people check the discord or are even in the server. So when it suddenly goes down while playing its frustrating. Yes maintenance is needed but proper timing for it is needed too.

That's the thing! Yes, please tell the devs what you think could improve the game, but complaining about them trying to take time to fix it over and over again is what is the problem. As many people have pointed out, the devs are people too and need to take care of themselves. They are nto going to want to work on the game if they aren't able to take care of themselves. You can respectfully say "hey, maybe there should be an in-game alert that is very obvious about maintenance" instead of going off and saying, "this ridiculous and the devs need to be better." It's all in the way you say things

To add - I don't know how easy it will be for devs to extract complaints out of here to make them actionable which might be way they're perceived as less helpful - but if you really are passionate to make your voice heard for improvements - there's always https://support.palia.com/ to log tickets! I've logged a ton, and they even sometimes respond directly - but always mark it when a patch has a fix. Some things though won't work in a support ticket, and it seems like discussing here is the only way, and I do think the devs are hearing us!

It's true but considering the average, it means you need to play Chapaa Chase 100 times, and you can play 1 time per hour. Part of the problem also falls on developers who give in to every demand/ request by players, thus bringing the expectation that the developer must do what the player says. There's no hard and fast rule. It's polite to call out the larger versions of flow and palium. The white chappa and sernuk can be fun chasing with a few people but it's not always easy to call those out and bugs are even faster. I personally do not call out the very tiny trees or nodes that take two hits. I hate when several people show up and only that first one gets the hit. And no one says you -can't- take a full node or tree (if you can) Just use your judgement. :)
