This is a common misconception for people that come from other games modding communities

everything is handled by the mod loader

when a mod modifies game code, which is almost always what causes incompatibilities in all games, mod devs use mixins

it's relatively easy for a dev to just make two mods compatible

some mod updates literally just do not work which is why it's usually best to leave it to us to add or update mods

or, at the very least, try starting the game once after adding a mod

minecraft is much easier to mod than a 10 year old Bethesda game

wabbajack is the first step towards making mods even close to as accessible as they are in minecraft for other games

but there's still things wabbajack can do wrong

the mod loader handles load order, patching textures, etc

i didnt wanna look for soul sand to push the vindicator up so I skip that part entirely
